Ideally located near Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Chenonceaux, and the Beauval Zoo, La Rotière is a 50-hectare estate. The tennis court, woods, and four fishing ponds (10 hectares of water in total)—including a 6-hectare pond stocked with trophy fish weighing up to 80 kg—are shared by the two lodges: the Lodge de l’Etang and the Lodge de la Sapinière. Catch-and-release fishing is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the two lodges.
The Lodge de la Sapinière can accommodate 11 to 13 people.
It has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (140-bed) on the first floor; on the first floor, 1 double bedroom (160-bed) with 1 single bed; one dormitory with 6 single beds, and a TV lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people (140). There is also a game room with a pool table. Bathrooms: one bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor, one shower room upstairs (shower and toilet), and one separate toilet.
Beautiful terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the view of the pond or the pool, and a gas grill.
In the garden, there’s plenty of space to play pétanque or Molkky… the ping-pong table can be set up on the terrace in front of the game room.
The heated pool, secured by a lockable low enclosure, can be used covered or uncovered. The lodge offers direct access to the large pond and the woods
You can combine this rental with the Lodge de l’Etang, which provides exclusive use of the entire estate and sleeps 23 for €4,500 per week. Weekly rentals during school breaks; weekend rentals (minimum 2 nights) the rest of the year.
