<br><br><br>Provençal villa with authentic charm in the Gulf of St-Tropez near the village of Le Plan de la Tour, air-conditioned, heated swimming pool on request 11 out of 4 with a beautiful unobstructed view of the hills.<br><br>On the first floor:<br><br>1 bedroom (bed 180) with its shower room, toilet and direct access to the swimming pool.<br><br>1 bedroom (bed 160) with its bathroom, separate toilet and private terrace.<br><br>Upstairs:<br><br>1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with an adjoining bedroom (2 x 90 cm beds), access to a private terrace with a beautiful view of the hills and the swimming pool, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.<br><br>Outside:<br><br>Beautiful shaded terrace with direct access to the heated swimming pool on request and the pool house (toilet and outdoor shower). Landscaped garden with beautiful flat areas to play. Parking inside the property.

Absolutely fantastic!!!

We had an amazing week with two families. The house is beautiful, really spacious and has all amenities you need for a perfect holiday. The house is perfect for two families. One family can use two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the other family can use the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. The garden is lovely with beautiful flowers and the view is absolutely amazing!!! The swimming pool is great and there’s even a pool house andoutside garden. Overall I would definitely recommend this amazing villa! We hope to come back soon!

Sehr charmante Unterkunft

Gut und ruhig gelegen etwas außerhalb von Plan de La Tour an der D44, die aber wenig befahren wird. Toller Blick und hervorragender, neuer Pool (11,5m). Das alte Haus wurde behutsam renoviert, liebevoll neu ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Insgesamt eine schönes Mischung aus alten und neuen Stielelementen - nicht alles perfekt, aber sehr charmant. Besonders erwähnenswert die sehr guten Betten, vollständige Küchenausstattung inkl. Geschirr und wirklich guten Sonnenschirme. Kleines Manko: Das Vordach ist mit Rattan gedeckt und hat eine Markise, sodass die Terrasse bei Regen nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist.

Vue imprenable!
