Very enjoyable stay

Cosy flat but still enough room for our group of 9 adults. Very handy location near to the bus stop, shops and was ski in/ski out. Coralie was very helpful with our questions and provided assistance with ski hire.

Les Lauzieres Apartement

A great four-bedroomed apartment in central Val Thorens. Comfortable lounge and kitchen area, and great mountain views. Just a short walk to the slopes in the morning, and ski to the door at the end of the day. Helpful communication from the owner too, so overall, a great choice when staying in Val Thorens.

Amazing location, cozy stay

Very convenient and central spot. Along Rue du Soleil. Close to ski rental shop and a small SPAR supermarket. 5 mins walk from the coach station. You can ski in and out (slightly challenging skiing out). Very close to the baby slopes for beginners. The whole place gives a very cozy vibe and it is very warm. Rooms are tiny but comfortable. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. It even include a crepe machine and grill/raclette machine. The ski storage rooms are quite damp and have strong damp smell but there is a balcony where you could leave your skis and boots out. A great stay overall for skiing peeps.

The 8-11persons-appartment is quite small even for 6 persons (4 adults/2 children), so if the weatherconditions are bad and you want to stay in it's too small. We hoped to be skiing in/out of the appartmentcomplex but that is not possible. +points: Very clean. The utensils are very good, divers and more than enough, small but complete kitchen. Free wifi Appartment multi-services agency was very polite and helpfull -points: Very noisy; you hear a lot of noise from your neighbours and outside Very draughty in the living area Not enough storage for your clothing and bags

Fijn appartement

Alles is aanwezig, prima locatie ( 150 meter van de piste) en schitterend uitzicht. Makkelijk en snel contact met de verhuurder, zou het appartement volgende keer zo weer huren!
Mooi complex, met lift snel naar 4e etage met ski-hok op de 1e verdieping
Heerlijk uitzicht vanaf balkon op het zuiden.

Ski à Val Thorens

Séjour d’une semaine dans l’appartement qui est pratique et bien équipé. Très pratique les 2 salles de bain lorsque l’on est 8 à loger. Malheureusement 2 chambres borgnes, plus difficiles à aérer. Accès ski aux pieds au 2eme étage mais que l’on a découvert qu’à mi séjour. Appartement tout à fait recommandé. Coralie disponible pour répondre aux messages dans des délais rapides.

Agréable séjour

Vacances agréables. L’appartement est bien situé. Dommage que le placard soit encombré par des chaises cassées. A noter que 2 chambres sont sans fenêtre.

Klein aber fein

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, ein Doppelbett-Zimmer hat kein Fenster, was das belüften etwas schwierig macht (evtl. würde ein Ventilator helfen). Aber die Wohnung war unglaublich gut ausgestattet, was wirklich toll war. Es gab sogar Raclettes und einen Crêpesmaker. Auch die Lage war einfach super.

Très bien!

Excellente localisation et vue extraordinaire sur la montagne. Salon /salle à manger de bonne taille pour 9!personnes, salles de bain petites mais récentes et fonctionnelles. Seul bémol le pack linge un peu limité.

Fue difícil ponerse en contacto con la propietaria para que nos explicara como recoger las llaves, en el detalle del anuncio está mal explicado. La chica de la panadería es una auténtica borde. El apartamento estaba decente, pero no tan limpio como lo dejamos nosotras al salir, en las instrucciones ponía que había que limpiar debajo del sofá y de las camas y os aseguro que nadie antes en mucho tiempo lo había hecho.

February Half term ski trip

We arrived in our apartment and found it to be suitable for 1 weeks holiday, in a fabulous location, near the Sports Centre. We were 2 families consisting of 7 adults and 2 teenagers, which made the apartment very cosy for the duration of our stay but ok for a week only. We did miss having a settee to seat all 9 of us though. The 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (which also had a distinctive smell) were quite compact and suitcase storage is limited. Lack of instructions for hob and cooker made it difficult to work. Some of the kitchen equipment was not as clean as it could be, but there were plenty of plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment available. "Ski In" was easier than "Ski out", this was done at the rear of property by a narrow 2 foot wide path, which is definitely for the more competent of skiers, the less competent walked to the slope, about 100m away. Unfortunately the lock on ski locker was broken (which was reported) therefore had to keep taking the ski's up to the apartment and store on the balcony overnight. Views from from the apartment were good and sitting out on the balcony in the late afternoon/early evening were worth a watch with a beer or 2. We have been home just over a week and refundable breakages deposits has been repaid. Thank you Coralie.

L'appartement est très bien situé et assez bien équipé , il manquerait 2 ou 3 petites choses qui pourraient largement améliorer le confort de l’appartement , cela reste une adresse que je recommanderais et que je pourrais louer a nouveau dans l'avenir .

Pretty good, centrally located ski apartment

We enjoyed our stay here and found the apartment good in most respects. It was spacious for the 4 of us but would be very tight with 8 (let alone 11 !). It is well located, just 50m metres from the central shops, but "ski-in, ski-out" access is via a difficult, bumpy, off-piste traverse across the steep slope behind the building. I managed it OK but my wife & children certainly didn't fancy trying it. Instead, it's 100m walk to the pistes from the front door. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are fine by ski apartment standards, but the shower drains need attention (the smaller one smelled awful, the other drained very slowly). All in all, we'd be happy to return.

Great apartment but.....

We have been home for three weeks and not had our deposit returned. We had linen issues whilst at the apartment (we paid for linen yet not enough was supplied - no double duvet covers). Great apartment. But take your own linen. And as I have still not received the deposit back (and we left it clean - I have photo evidence) or not had any communication at all from the owner I am left wondering whether this was really such a great experience. Skiing was amazing but 500 euros deposit is a lot of money to lose.

Ces locataires n'ont pas été très honnêtes. L'appartement était sale à leur départ et la société de nettoyage a passé plusieurs heures à laver l'appartement. Il restait même des effets personnels sous les lits... Il me semble que lorsque l'on décide de ne pas faire le ménage, on accepte de payer pour la prestation. La caution a été remboursée tardivement justement parce que j'ai dû gérer ce litige.

Séjour période mars 6 personnes

Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes au mois de Mars, l emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du centre. La propriétaire est disponible et réactive, l appartement est suffisamment équipé mais l ensemble laisse à désirer. En effet, le ménage n’avait pas été effectué à notre arrivée, la vitre de douche est cassée, le pommeau de douche instable, miroir fissuré, tiroir défectueux... L appartement est convenable, mais il serait nécessaire d effectuer qq rénovations.
