Architect-designed hilltop villa Le puy Sainte Reparade

Nestled in the hillside, far from the nearest neighbors, this exceptional property welcomes you for your vacation in Provence.
Enjoy the garden, sip a drink in the infinity pool, and take in the breathtaking view of the Durance Valley and the Luberon.

The villa features, on the first floor, a large 60m² living/dining room opening onto a 70m² terrace and the pool. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms—including the master suite—and a shower room with a toilet.
The kitchen (with its pantry) is fully equipped, including a full-size refrigerator (with a dispenser for cold water and ice cubes or crushed ice).

A staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll find the three other bedrooms, the library, the shower room, and the restrooms. This semi-basement level stays cool all summer long.

All bedrooms are at least 20 m². The master bedroom, with its own bathroom, shower, and separate toilet, measures 28 m².

The villa’s 2-hectare grounds combine lawn areas for relaxation and play with wooded pine groves.

The village center is a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. All shops are located there, and the market is held every Sunday morning.
