Air conditioning, 65 in tv, full queen mattress wall bed as well as two twin sofa sleepers,, full kitchen with all the amenities . Owner supplies shampoo/conditioner, soap, beach chairs, 2 snorkel/mask, ice chest. Umbrella, hair dryer and iron. Most emails and text responded within an hour but can be instantly. Please note there is a 3.23% payment processing charge by the credit card company handling the booking. If a refund is due, The funds due will be paid, will be refunded less the credit card processing fee. (Airbnb does not have any credit card fees) A rental agreement will be emailed after booking.
