Fully remodeled in October 2023, this custom built, detailed, upscale condo 209 welcomes you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This second-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

This property is extremely well equipped with everything you’ll need in Maui. From beach towels, chairs, binoculars, utensils, snorkels, body boards, pools etc. we had an amazing time here. It is also well located, 2 min walk to the beach and cafes and stores are 5 mins drive. Overall 10/10.

Place was in a good location just a block away from everything you'd need including a supermarket, and of course the other end of the condo has the beach! Very quiet, nearly private beach area with direct access. Only thing to mention was that the description lists a washer/dryer, but it is NOT in the unit itself. This stay was at the end of our trip so we had to pivot a bit but we made it work.

Everything you need is provided in the room. Walk out the back door and you are right on your very own beach .. only saw a couple of people. Saw some turtles on the beach also. The bed was super comfortable with soft linens and soft towels in the bathroom. Very clean condo with very tasteful decor.. Free parking too.

Very clean well appointed condo with an excellent view and beach. Joe is an excellent host and the little touches were much appreciated.
We even had a visitor with a few feet from our beach chairs at 3pm in the afternoon!

Very nicely decorated condo with everything you could possibly need for meal prep in the kitchen. The bedding, towels, beach chairs etc we're all in good condition. The beach was clean and beautiful with easy access. We saw several turtles. It was a nice quiet area with close access to good food. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was lovely. Description on the VRBO site was completely accurate. Stunning views and sun sets. Condo was very clean and well stocked for the stay. We were able to see many sea turtles along the beach when the sun went down.

My wife and I stayed here from 9/14 to 9/17 for a medical conference at a resort nearby. This place check all the boxes for us. The rate is reasonable. The place is very cozy, clean, private, and equipped with AC and ceiling fan in each room. The ocean view is beautiful. We enjoyed having dinner at the balcony while watching the beautiful sunset. The beach is only a few steps away. The unit is at a quiet neighborhood, but is close to many stores and restaurants. The owner is one of the best we have every worked with. Communication is very prompt and clear. We were on a tight schedule, and the owner even kindly let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule. This place is highly recommended. We will definitely stay again.

Been staying in VRBO based locations for over 10 years and this truly may have been the nicest property ever rented! Clean, very well maintained, and had excellent communication with the owner. Pictures don’t give justice on the clear sights of the ocean and everything that went with it! Location is walkable to many dinner locations and closely drivable to many more! Only 25 min from the airport that made things convenient as well! Can’t wait to get back!

Magnificient Maui!

Excellent Condo with perfect ocean views and easy access to a quiet beach. The condo was clean, updated and well furnished with everything we needed. Located a block from many shops and restaurants. Thanks Joe for sharing your place!Pro Tip: Walk 5 min down the beach (to the north) at sunset and see the sea turtles come on shore - be quiet and keep your distance. We saw about 25 one night. And go early (6:30-7am) the next morning and see the stragglers going back in the ocean.
