Dear Philippe, thank you very much for your review and for telling about your experience at the villa. About the wi-fi connection, there have been temporary problems related to the strong storm. As you reported, the owner did everything in his power to provide assistance but in any case, as indicated in the house general sales conditions, DH Villas and the owners may not be held responsible of possible diseases caused by technical and service problems. The same with regard to the functioning of household appliances, but in any case it received the necessary assistance. Was die Handtücher und die Wäsche betrifft, lassen wir sie aus hygienischen Gründen im Kleiderschrank. Jeder Gast erhält ein komplettes Set, daher tut es mir wirklich leid, dass Sie uns während des Aufenthalts nicht darum gebeten haben. Cher Patrick, merci pour vos commentaires, toujours très appréciés pour nous aider à nous améliorer. Je tiens à préciser que comme indiqué sur le contrat, la fourniture de serviettes est hebdomadaire (1 serviette de toilette et 1 douche); si nécessaire, le client peut demander une fourniture supplémentaire moyennant des frais ou utiliser la machine à laver. Nous allons certainement améliorer le frigo pour la saison prochaine, mais je tiens à préciser qu'en plus de celui de la cuisine principale il y a deux autres petits frigos dans chaque appartement. Nous essaierons de fournir des instructions plus claires pour le dechets. Malheureusement, les moustiques sont un facteur incontrôlable pendant une saison chaude comme celle-ci et sont un phénomène répandu, cependant une lutte antiparasitaire régulière est effectuée.
