We never received check-in information that we had been promised we’d receive on check in day. We messaged and called to no avail. VRBO reached out to host several times and could not reach him either. Thankfully VRBO was able to refund me, but I was left to find other accommodations for our stay. Unfortunately, there were no homes available for our dates so we ended up in a hotel. This was not ideal. After the reservation was canceled then the host reached out and gave two different reasons as to why he didn’t give the check in instructions. Once being that he didn’t show a booking on the property and the other that the property should not be up for rent on VRBO at all. It was quite a mess and definitely ruined our stay in Clovis.
