The house is a Ranch style on a 1/3 acre lot with a big back yard and swimming pool. The house boast 2,231 sq. ft. of living space. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two common spaces, office space, and new remodeled kitchen. It is located in a quiet community and a very cozy place to stay. Easy access to freeway 41, 99, 180, and 168. It is about 1 1/2 hours to Yosemite Notional park and 1 1/2 hours to Sequoia National part. Also it is 5 minutes away to a super market American or Chinese.

The house worked really well for our group of 10; the layout and size made it easy for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. A couple of things could be improved: the shower head pressure in the main bathroom was unusually strong and there were expired coffee and creamer left in the kitchen. Neither issue ruined our stay, but addressing them would make the experience even better for future guests.

Good place to stay if you’re going into the Sierras

The house is roomy, comfortable, clean. Nice pool. Perhaps the owner could take down most of the many signs posted on the walls with instructions.

Great family house

This is the second time I have stand at this home. It works great for my family. Lots of beds, pool and great area. Owners are always great. I look forward to staying here again.

The Property and neighborhood was very beautiful! the home was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful back yard with pool we actually played cards sat back sipped coffee & listen to nature. When we asked if there was a possibility to check in early; the host was willing to accommodate. although we ended up getting there after check-in time. we were able to communicate via text with the host to advise that we were arriving later than expected. Our stay was very short but would for sure go back. the property was about 10 minutes from downtown Fresno definite 10/10!! Thank You to the Host for opening your vacation home to us.

Very closed to airport and several super market: winco food, food co, walmart. The host is very communicative, respone to our request vary quickly and go extra mile to give us some rice when we ask. Thank you

Overall, we had a good stay. The house was very clean, well maintained, and the backyard was definitely a highlight. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, and it made for a great family getaway.The owners were very responsive throughout our stay. We had an issue with the air conditioning one day, and they replied quickly. Unfortunately, the repair couldn’t be made until the following day. One owner initially suggested we sleep with the windows open, which wasn’t an ideal solution, especially without any offer of compensation. After we declined, the other owner kindly offered another property for us to stay in for the night. That home was also very nice, and we were able to sleep comfortably. Once the repair was completed, it took about half a day for the original house to cool back down, and everything went smoothly after that.The only downside was that both homes had a large number of rule signs posted throughout the property. While we completely understand the importance of protecting a vacation home, the constant reminders made it feel a bit restrictive and less relaxing. Families with young children may especially notice this.Overall, despite the air conditioning issue and the abundance of posted rules, we appreciated how responsive and professional the owners were. The male owner was especially kind, and once everything was resolved, we had an enjoyable stay.

The house was nice and clean. The kitchen has most of the things provided. My kids really love the pool. The only things that caught to my attention was the BBQ grill was old and might need to be replace if anyone else plan to rent the place, also might need some BBQ tools set but overall, our weekend turn out great.

Family stay

All went very smoothly during our stay. The owners were very responsive to all questions. The many fold out beds were great for our group. The pool was clean. The location felt extremely safe and close to stores.
