Villa Dremmwel - Five Bedroom House, Sleeps 10

In the commune of Île-aux-Moines, we offer you this charming 200 m² house on the water, with breathtaking sea views, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 700 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you!
The cleaning service is compulsory and must be paid on arrival to our local contact: 240€/stay.

The south/south-east-facing apartment is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- A 45 m² living room with fireplace, sofas and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with bath and shower.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: a king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 5: 3 single beds and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- The 700 m² garden is south-south-east facing and therefore enjoys sunshine all day long, with a terrace area sheltered from the wind and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- The plot has private access to a small beach just below the house. A kayak and trampoline are also available.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer and iron.

The house is ideally located in Île-aux-Moines, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
After fishing or swimming on one of the island's 5 magnificent beaches, head to the village to stroll through the pretty lanes of La Grimpette, La Forge or Les Corsaires. Enjoy a plate of oysters on a terrace in the shade of a fig tree, then hop on a bike for the megalithic Penhap trail down to Pointe du Nioul. The dream of a beautiful day doesn't end here: on the contrary, it begins again, in front of the sublime panorama that opens onto the Gulf of Morbihan!
You can go kayaking, enjoy a range of water sports just 10 minutes away, or take a stroll along the coastal path.
You can also take advantage of your stay to visit the megalithic sites of the Golfe du Morbihan.

Transportation :
- Ferry Compagnie Izenah from Port Blanc to Ile au Moine (5-minute ferry ride, ferries every 10 minutes Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. in July and August).
- Auray train station 16 km (21 minutes by car) from Port Blanc and Vannes train station 18 km (22 minutes by car).
- Lorient Bretagne Sud airport 61.1 km (45 minutes by car) from Port Blanc.
- A car-free island, it's difficult to get around by car on the island, so it's best to get around by bike.
- There are 4 bike rental companies on the island, so remember to bring your locks!

Other remarks:
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. This service is compulsory and must be paid on arrival to our local contact: €240/stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- The fireplace is functional, and you can use the wood at the bottom of the garden.
- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Not recommended for very young children, due to the proximity of the Gulf.
