大きくて愛情のこもった家具付きのアパートには、5つの広々としたベッドルーム（それぞれ3つがダブルベッド-160x200cm、1つがシングルベッド2つ、1つがシングルベッド3つが90x200cm）と2つの美しいバスルームがあります。
居心地の良い長いダイニングテーブルと設備の整ったオープンキッチンを備えた44㎡の光あふれるリビングルームは、リラックスした滞在をお約束します。
WIFI / WLAN、TVフラット、DVD、ブルーレイ、Iフォン/ Iポッドドッキングステーション、食器洗い機、洗濯機、乾燥機は当然エンターテイナーの一部です。

Perfect stay

Ulla was a lovely host and super welcoming. The appartement was very clean and cosy. It is the perfect place to stay with friends as there are a lot of separate rooms and plenty of space to sit and eat together in the living room. Would love to come again!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ein langes Wochenende in Berlin. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Waschmaschine als auch den Trockner konnten wir git gebrauchen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, eine ruhige Seitenstraße und trotzdem in 5 min an der nächsten Straßenbahnstation.

Optimal für eine Gruppe

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe in Berlin und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt geeignet. Lage und Erreichbarkeit samt Versorgungsumfeld waren super. Einrichtung und Ausstattung haben auch gepasst, es fehlte uns an nix. :-)

Fabulous stay in Pankow

We loved Ulla's apartment in Berlin. Andreas met us at the apartment and was so helpful showing us everything we needed to know. The property was so spacious--we appreciated everyone being able to have their own room. Two bathrooms are always a plus and the decor is a cool vintage style. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even played some cards. There is a bit of construction on the nearby streets so we had a little trouble getting to the apartment with the navigation system, but we figured it out quickly. If you have a car, there is free street parking, but you take your chances on finding a spot. After driving around a few minutes we found a place not far from the apartment, and chose to leave the car parked during our stay. (It seemed the most spaces were available in the morning and the fewest at night). Public transport is accessible by two U-Bahn stations that are a 10-12 minute walk; if you can take the tram, you can cut your walk by a little bit. The grocery stores are about an 8-minute walk as well. Our only complaint during our stay was that the wifi would sometimes cut out and have to be reset at the router, and it didn't really reach to the back bedrooms, as was noted by another review. But it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The description of the apartment on the website was accuarate and it more than met our expectations. The kitchen is well-equipped and supplied. Andreas was very helpful and friendly. I wouldn not hesitate to recommend this location.

Well located, spacious and comfortable.

The apartment was really comfortable and conveniently located for public transport (and Christmas markets). The apartment is located on a quiet street so there was very little street noise at night. We had a great welcome and were really pleased to find lots of toys for our toddler. We had a longer stay so found there was a lack of storage in the bedrooms for clothes. We also found the WiFi signal didn't work reliably in all the bed rooms. Those are both very minor nuisances.

Lovely, large and well equipment apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family. It was close to public transit and everything you want to see in Berlin. I cannot say enough about how clean and well equipt it was and our host, Andreas was patient and very kind. The owner, Ulla, too was kind and quick to respond to my many questions. Just short walk to U-Bahn and you are anywhere in Berlin. The neighboring area of Prenzlauer Berg was especially fun for my older children who enjoyed the arty shops and restaraunts. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Ulla, for making our stay in Berlin so wonderful! We hope to return someday soon.

Tolle Wohnung mit guter Lage, viel Platz und Charme

Superschön eingerichtet mit individuellem Interieur aufgewertet erwartet dich hier viel Platz, Ruhe und gute Anbindung an das Streckennetz zum Eintauchen in andere Bereiche von Berlin. Die Räume sind groß, die Bäder sehr wertig eingerichtet und die hervorragend bestückte Küche mit dem angrenzenden Wohnzimmer wirklich so groß, wie sie auf den Bildern erscheint. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung in die Wohnung. Im Wohnzimmer hat uns ein Fenster gefehlt, das man öffenen kann. Trotzdem ist alles sehr hell und freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Lækker lejlighed i dejligt kvarter tæt på indkøb og restauranter.

Utrolig flot lejlighed, men en praktisk indretning. 2 dejlige badeværelser,med rustik indretning. Det samme gælder de øvrige rum. Dejlig køkken/alrum med plads til både madlavning og hygge. Sejt at der er indrettet med russtikke materialer og holder i retro- stil.

Fantastisk lejlighed

Vi boede 5 par i lejligheden og både værelser og køkken-alrum havde god plads til os alle. Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod og fik en god rundvisning. Vi nød hvert et sekund i den skønne og smukke lejlighed. Kan varmt anbefales. PS. husk ostehøvl :)

Feeling at home in Berlin

Very nice and comfortable modern apartment. Very clean and well equiped with all you need. It was very cold in Berlin but the apartment was warm and cosy. Bright living room. Comfortable beds with brand new linen. The owners were very nice young couple, very helpful.

Highly Recommend!

Comfortable, clean and stylish apartment on a quiet street that is close to the tram, shops and restaurants. There are 5 real bedrooms and 2 elegant bathrooms, which gave the six of us plenty of space and privacy when we needed it. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern conveniences, which made cooking meals away from home easy. No worries if not interested in cooking--there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Ulla gave some excellent suggestions for local dining. Easy and short commute to Mitte as well. Highly recommend!
