モダンでクラシックな内装のフラットにはベッドルームが2部屋あり、それぞれダブルベッド1台（160x200）、設備の整ったキッチン付きのリビングエリア、シャワー付きバスルームと独立したトイレがあります。大きい方のベッドルームにはエキストラベッド2台を追加することができ、最大6名まで宿泊可能です。
ベルリンの活気ある中心地、アレクサンダー広場まで地下鉄で1駅、わずか10分です。無数のレストラン、カフェ、バー、ブティック、マーケットがすぐ近くにあります。最も重要な観光スポットはすべて徒歩圏内にあり、また公共交通機関でも行くことができます（2つの地下鉄駅が徒歩5分）。この通りはベルリンでは珍しく小さいので、とても静かです。お天気の良い日には、家の庭でのんびり過ごすこともできます。家の前に有料駐車場があります。

Don't Overlook This One

This apartment has so much to offer. It’s situated on a lovely quiet street lined with flowering cherry trees. It’s also just a short walk to the heart of Berlin with all the hustle and bustle of big city life, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Public transportation is amazing; every form of transport is at your fingertips: subway, tram, and buses.The apartment itself is thoughtfully appointed and features some interesting artwork on the walls. Large soundproof windows provide lots of light and quiet. The bedrooms are spacious and immaculate. The kitchen area is remarkably well equipped and makes cooking your own meals a breeze. The owner, Carolin, lives on an upper floor of the building and is always easy to reach when any questions arise. She is fluent in English and goes out of her way to make you happy and comfortable.My wife and I have rented apartments all over Europe, and this rental is among our top experiences. I recommend it without reservation.

Great apartment in central location

This apartment had everything we needed for our visit to Berlin. The neighborhood was quiet and near public transportation. Our host was great - very clear check in instructions and checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable. We loved it!

Amazing stay!

Carolin’s apartment was EVERYTHING we needed. It was comfortable, modern and quiet. Neighborhood is ideal. Kitchen has everything - including wine glasses, excellent coffee maker and coffee pods. Bathroom had plenty of towels, plus soap, shampoo, shower gel. We could also co tell the temperature with the heaters in each room. Simply perfect! Highly recommended!

Best location to walk Berlin

Very quiet, close to subway station and walking distance to lots of sites to visit. Acoustics in the apartment was out of this world. Thanks to Carolyn for her welcome.

Sauber und ruhig!

Die Wohnung ist schön, den eingestellten Bildern entsprechend. Was man auf den Bieldern nicht sieht, ist das die Wohnung sehr ruhig ist, etwas unerwartet für die doch recht zentrale Lage mitten in Berlin. Sauberkeit war uns auch sehr wichtig und wir waren sehr zufrieden damit. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Heldmann lief absolut reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

Lovely hosts

The hosts of this apartment are lovely and very helpful, quickly responding to any request. The apartment itself needs some warming up, since the bare walls and functional furnishings do not make it especially comfortable.

Great location and helpful host

This apartment was in a fun neighborhood and easy to walk to many places in Berlin. Caroline met us for check in and gave us some suggestions for nearby restaurants. She was very friendly and helpful. The listing says two bathrooms. There is only one toilet and sink, the other has a shower and sink. Think when I saw two bathrooms I assumed there would be two toilets. Everything was good about our stay. I'd come back if we return to Berlin!

Stop your search - this is the best!

We are so glad we picked this place. The place was great. As far as location, you are about an 8 minute walk from the U-Bahn or S-Bahn. You can also walk to Alexanderplatz and all of the cool, great restaurants in P-berg. The place was very clean with everything you would need. Nice little kitchenette, dining room table and couch area in the main room. A large master bedroom and a decent size smaller room. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. Shower/sink in a larger bathroom and a separate WC with sink. Lovely ground floor apartment with big windows that open for a nice breeze. Quiet tree-lined street and great neighborhood feel. There is a garden you can access but, to be honest, I think it could use a bit of care - which is really the only very minor recommendation for improvement. Otherwise, this was really the best VRBO place I've ever used and I've stayed at plenty! Don't look any further, nab this place now if it is still available.

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Apartment 21. Alles war so einfach! Extrapunkte gibt es für das Kinderbett für unsere kleine Tochter. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste mal in Berlin sind.
