Located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Kadenwood - Heritage Peaks Estate is a modern 7 bedroom (8 beds), 7.5 bathroom home that offers 6,200 square feet of luxurious space and amenities. Featuring a home gym, hammam-style steam room, wine cellar, ski in / ski out access with a private gondola, this home is sure to exceed all expectations. Unwind after a long day on the slopes in your private hot tub or relax in one of the many thoughtfully designed living rooms.
Fully renovated in 2022, Heritage Estate is a modern 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom home that offers 6,200 square feet of luxurious space and amenities and features access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, and ski run just steps from your front door.
Built amongst old-growth forests, this estate offers the best of privacy and convenience four minutes (or 228 vertical meters/ 749ft) away from the Creekside village shops and restaurants.

One of the largest and most luxurious homes in Kadenwood, with a flexible bedding configuration that can sleep up to 16 guests in 7 bedrooms! The home is loaded with amenities including a gym, hot tub, large steam room hammam, and EV charging. The Ski-in/access is just a couple of doors down, and there is a private gondola system that conveniently takes you to the Creekside Village for shopping and apres.
