You can relax in your own heated saltwater pool with views of the lake and incredible sunrises and sunsets. play ping-pong, foosball, and more in the converted garage game room. With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one ensuite, everyone can have a place to rest and get their own personal retreat.



Feel free to use the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the lake or take a leisurely bike ride to the nearby restaurants and shops.

Everything was wonderful. Stu was the best. He is a Bengals fan. I am a Purdue Boilermakers person. So we cheered for each other. The only issue we had was the dishwasher was leaking and he had the repairman there quickly. We are going back in March!! You can’t go wrong here

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The water view and the pool were amazing. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Check in was simple and communication was great.

Gorgeous house - clean, beautiful decor, amazing views, well stocked with everything we needed including fishing poles & beach towels. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Our family also enjoyed fishing and playing ping pong. Grocery store & restaurants within 5-10 minutes of house. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was very responsive. Our teenagers even commented that this was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. I would rent this house again if we are in the area.

Beautiful and comfortable stay! Communication with owners was above and beyond and the accommodations were perfection. The location is perfect for exploring many beaches and islands within a 45 min vicinity. Learned a lot about the gulf coast and its beaches and enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing stay - 5 stars (with caveats and a LONG review)

House and pool are really beautiful and well maintained. Furniture is functional and comfortable. We loved our stay!! Couple caveats to set expectations:1. This is the first VRBO we've ever stayed in that wasn't stocked with essentials like tp & toiletries so that was a surprise. Baths had 1 roll of TP until we got to the store. Flashlights but no batteries -citronella candles and empty box of matches...I guess 50/50 in Cape Coral as to whether the host provides these. Wish I knew to pack better.2. Host asks guests to leave things better than they found it. Sadly the prior guests did not with fishing gear, and fishing off the dock was our primary purpose for the visit. We spent an exorbitant amount of time/money to respool line on all the rods. See photos/tips for fishing! 3. We don't allow tv in bedrooms at home and my teens enjoy that treat on vacay. No cable, so guests are asked to stream their own services. The master and 1 of 3 bedrooms had smart tvs.The other 2 guest rooms had basic tvs with antenna only. 1 kid got a functional tv & 1 didn't so there was sibling war.4. This is the furthest north we've stayed in Cape Coral. It's a more commercial area and less vacation-vibes outside the beautiful house. Found ourselves driving south toward Cape Coral pkwy for meals out. It's mostly chain restaurants nearby this property.Just being candid for future guests to decide if this place is right for them.We truly loved our stay & highly recommend house & host!
Be careful with your kids on kayaks - lake neighbors/guests are pretty reckless on jetskis and pontoon boats with jacked up motors.

Long Weekend Boys Trip

Had a great experience interacting with the host. One day the garage door opener was beeping for no reason and he responded immediately and addressed it. House was clean, furnished with everything you may need, and even included some extra pantry items that we took advantage of. The pool was immaculate, the kayaks were handy for floating on the lake, and the screened in lanai was perfect for eating dinner outside every night. Great experience and can’t recommend enough.

A time and place for everyone!

We had a wonderful time! Very clean. Lots of activities to do on the lake. Pool was fabulous! And i loved the toaster so much, i bought one for home! We will definitely be back next uear!! Thank you, Stu and Cathy!!

We were using it as a base of operations so to speak while dealing with a family issue. The property allowed us to decompress. Very nice property.

20th Wedding Anniversary Trip / Vow Renewal

What a Fantastic week! This house is Amazing! The owners were great to work with! They made everything easy and were great communicators!Many hours of fun on the kayaks and paddle board, fishing off the dock, along with the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!!

Incredible Home

This home was perfect for our large family. Super clean and well maintained. It was even better than pictured, with so much to do in the home. Great for kids and parents alike!The only downside is the location - on a 4 lane road in Cape Coral - a bit farther from the beaches. Not a major issue, but there is some traffic noise on weekend nights. You don't really notice at all in the back of the house though.The owners were great and responsive, though honestly we had no issues so there was not much to respond to!

Beautiful property and awesome hosts! This property is spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was very clean and the owners were very good with all communication. The pool and hot tub are so nice and there were plenty of things to do for our whole family. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Gorgeous & Spacious!

The water view when you walk through the front door is incredible! The house sits on a busy street but once you settle into the backyard, most noise dissipates! Our family loved kayaking, fishing, swimming on the property! Pool was fantastic!

Beautiful place so much fun.

When we arrived at the facility it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was so beautiful the pool was absolutely wonderful we enjoyed it so very much plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have fun. Hosts were so helpful answered all questions. Beds were very comfortable.

The wedding

We came in town for my niece's wedding. We stayed 5 days. It was an amazing house! The pool and hot tub were working and enjoyed the lightshow at night. Very spacious everything worked great! My wife beat me in Ping-Pong, lucky:) Coffee in the morning by water was so peaceful. 5 star from our family! Highly recommend this house.

Our getaway

The windows and sliding door that overlook the pool and the lake allow for natural light which we loved! Made me feel like I was outside, when hanging out inside....The only complaint we have is we should have booked longer ( everything was awesome!The pool, hot tub, fishing,kayaking, location,Was 10/10 definitely will be back!ill be back!

Awesome experience

The house and grounds were exactly as described. The owners were fantastic. Everything was perfect with the house. Very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend the house and the hosts were great.

Such a treat!

We came to Caper Coral for a baseball tournament. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and the house was wonderful. During our off time we were able to relax in the beautiful pool. View of the lake from the pool was tremendous! Will come back and work with owners again.

Stu and Cathy have been married since 1980, you do the math! We have four grown children with four amazing spouses. We are the grandparents of twelve grandchildren and are semi-retired. We started our Vacation Rental Business 9 years ago as a fluke making unique vacation rental homes and sharing in the stories of your special vacations. We found that Stu is awesome at customer service and Cathy is great at finding, rehabbing and decorating the homes. Together we make a great team. We love what we do!

We simply love the fresh water lake system. They have been stocking these lakes for 50+ years? Large Mouth Bass, Tilapia, Gar, etc. The lakes are fun for kayaking and paddle boarding. This property is close enough to everything you should need for a fabulous vacation. We now have seven (7) properties within 5-10 minutes apart for larger family gatherings. Book two houses! The view at SeaGlass is breathtaking.
