Welcome to this beautiful 3-bedroom + den, 3-full bathroom home located on a Gulf-access canal—complete with a heated pool and spa for ultimate relaxation. Whether you're enjoying the Smart TVs in every bedroom, the living room, or out on the lanai, you'll stay connected with fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Situated in one of the most sought-after areas of Cape Coral, you’re just a 5-minute walk to local favorites like Lobster Lady, Dunkin' Donuts, 239 Prime, The Ice Cream Shop, and more. Cape Harbour is also within walking distance for those who enjoy a longer walk. The neighborhood is peaceful and tropical, making it the perfect backdrop for your stay.

Very clean, pool was great for our kids. Had a tiny issue with the heating but was taken care of promptly. Loved the spa. Outdoor grill kitchen area was great. Beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful home, very clean, organized and well thought out. Great location - we walked to dinner many nights, did lots of walks in the neighbor. Everything was new and in great shape.

The home was so clean and had fun things for the kids. They loved the darts in the garage! The location was fabulous to walk to Dunkin Donut, Lobster Lady, and the ice cream store. By the way, the linens and pillows were amazing. Very upscale, and the pool and spa were perfect!

This property was incredible! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We felt very relaxed in our own screened in pool with hot tub that looked over the canal. Some palm trees gave privacy (and coconuts!). The house came with all of the fun details you don’t want to travel with like pool toys, plenty of towels, etc. You’re very close to several great beaches and the house included items for that as well like cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Besides being close to beaches the house is also in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to great independently owned restaurants and grocery store and gas station. We can’t wait to go back!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2025. The house was beautiful, with minimalist decorating and was very clean. Most of our trip was spent in the awesome pool and the sunny days were a plus!!We felt at home during our stay and Jill was a phone call away if we needed anything. The area had so many restaraunts close by and many stores to pick from for groceries.Our trip was memorable for my husband and I and we would love to stay here when in Cape Coral again

Amazing family getaway with luxury and comfort combined! We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was unbeatable — close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless from top to bottom.The lanai and pool area were the highlight for us. The setup was perfect — we could relax and watch TV by the pool while the kids swam and played. It truly felt like our own private resort. The bathrooms were gorgeous and huge, with beautiful stone and tile finishes that made everything feel luxurious.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub kept the kids busy when we were at the house. Jill was available when we needed. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thanks for such a great stay! Can't wait until next time!
