Great week!

We had an awesome time at this property. Property was clean, furnishings/kitchen etc were in the newer side. Location is great to get to the beach or into town. We loved the golf cart was so nice for quick trips to the park or into town.

Great spot in Surf City

This place is a great balance of being close to the beach where there is not tons of people and yet still being very close to where all the restaurants and shops are in surf city. The owner made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and the golf cart made it super easy to get to the beach! Just an awesome time with the family!

Annual Family Beach Get together

This was our second year staying at this property. Great location, just a short golf cart ride to the beach! We had 6 adults, and 3 under the age of 4 and had plenty of room to sleep and play. Kitchen is well stocked and house is cool. The outdoor space is a great addition and our family loved roasting s’mores!

Perfect Beach Stay

This was an awesome beach house. While it isn't beach front, it is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We had no problem carrying our coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas back and forth. The area of the beach you are close to is also far enough away from the hotel area that it was never crowded, even on Saturday. The house isn't really close/walkable to many restaurants/stores, but that is okay we cooked almost every night and just wanted to spend all day every day at the beach. The house itself was also great. Clean, big kitchen with appliances, and multiple hang out spots which was good for our group of 7. Any issues we had, Ryan was just a text away. I was impressed how responsive and helpful he was. I would definitely try to stay here again next time I'm looking for a quiet beach vacation! Thank you!

Nice place

It may not be a beachfront property but the beach is only a short walk. Property owner is responsive to text messages. Good price for a nice place.

Great house accommodated 6 adults, toddler and baby comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped.

Annual family beach get together in Surf City. Great house, well equipped kitchen and nice bedroom/bathrooms. Would highly recommend renting owners golf cart- made beach going SO easy and parking hassle free!

Beach vacation

Location is great, short walk to the beach. Peaceful wetland area behind the home. Property owner responded to inquiries right away. My Family had a vacation to remember! Would book again!
