Welcome to your perfect desert getaway in Moab! This recently renovated home offers a beautiful open-concept floor plan, Moab Rim and La Sal Mountain views, and is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from downtown Moab in the peaceful Rim Village complex.

This thoughtfully updated townhome boasts new flooring, furniture, beds, and more, making it the perfect base for your adventures. The layout is ideal for families or groups, featuring a fully stocked kitchen and ample seating for dining inside or outside on the enclosed patio.

* Enjoy breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains from the private patio while sipping on freshly ground local coffee (included with your stay!). The patio has a gas grill and a brand new outdoor living set complete with propane fire pit (propane included).
* Entertainment Galore: Enjoy friendly competition with on-site ping pong and cornhole games, perfect for family fun or unwinding after a day of exploring.
* Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day of exploration during cooler months, or take a dip in the community pool and hot tub (seasonally open). See notes below on renovation schedule

Was a great spot. Nice and clean. Enjoyed having access to a fire pit outside. Would definitely recommend if you're going to Moab. It is a bit more remote. About 10 minutes from downtown, and 30 min to Arches National park.

Quick response from property manager. Early entry authorized and appreciated. Comfortable beds. Couch bed was very spring, as in you could feel the springs to the point that my son just slept on the couch.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Rim Village. It was spotless! We only slept in the main bedroom, and found it very comfortable. I appreciated the great shower, too. Nice, hot water and great water pressure. The host left coffee beans from a local roaster (a nice touch and very good beans!). The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed for our four night stay. I recommended staying here. We bought groceries at City Market - very busy, but they had everything we needed. It is on the south end of town, away from the busy downtown area (we prefer that). The community was very quiet -
