2011年に全面改装済みのヴィラです。 リネン、家具、プール - すべてが新品のようです。

私達は私達のゲストが家にいるように感じ、そして夢の休暇を過ごすように最善を尽くします。

夏季には、週に1回のローシーズンに、庭師はプールのメンテナンスと庭の手入れのために週に2回来ます。

15日間の滞在の場合、毎週シーツとタオルを交換します。

Notre lieu de vacances pour la première année … imbattable ! C'est une maison très confortable, qui a tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. L'endroit est très agréable et calme, la piscine est phénoménale et l'hôtesse est très attentionnée comme toujours. Réception et accueil formidable. Nous avons passé 15 jours extraordinaire. Prêts à recommencer l'expérience. Je recommande cette villa et l'hôte.

Long awaited family holiday

We met Merche on arrival, what a lovely welcome, the villa is amazing in a very secluded location. The villa had everything to make it a home from home, five adults didn't want to come home. We definitely needed a car and the local village has an amazing locals bar called Bar Indalecio, played cards there a few times with a cold drink. Amazing restaurants el balconet and humbaba in the same village , probably some of the best food we've ever had. The villas information book was also very helpful with supermarkets etc. The grounds are beautiful and the pool a very good size. Enjoyed a lot of outdoor dining utilizing the BBQ provided. Will definitely try and stay here again. A big thank you to Birgit one of the best holidays we've had!

Wonderful villa stay

Villa is excellent! It is well equipped and nicely decorated, with stunning terrace and pool. Situated in private and spacious grounds in a rural location just 15 minutes from the airport. Car is a must. Perfect for our family break. The owner is very helpful, great comms.

Perfect stay

A fantastic place to stay with everything that you could need and more. A really safe place for our 2 young children. Great communication with host and other point of contact in the area. Would love to go back to stay again.

Wie immer ganz toll

Waren nun schon zum dritten Mal hier und fanden es wieder super schön. Das Haus wird gut gepflegt, der Kontakt zur Verwalterin ist super und es ist für uns perfekt. Man braucht schon ein Auto, aber dafür kann man auch mal andere Perlen entdecken, so ist zum Beispiel das nahe gelegene Elche echt sehenswert. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, mal wieder zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Tom und Familie

Der Garten mit den Palmen ist ein Traum und lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig mit einer wunderschönen großen Terrasse. Sauberkeit in den Küchenschränken und dem Küchengeschirr ist etwas verbesserungswürdig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Family break

The Villa was better than we thought. Very comfortable and well stocked with crockery, utensils and appliances. It is quite isolated so a car is essential. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola and Elche, all about 15 mins. drive away.We did have some welcome, surprise guests, a pair of large chameleons joined us on the patio one afternoon! We would recommend the Villa to families and those wanting a quiet retreat.

Had a great time in a great house. It was only the 2 of us. If 8 people would live there the swimming pool could use a 2nd umbrella. Merche an Birgit are great people to communicate with. The environment feels very safe with the gate, walls and fences and the house is perfectly secured. Will definitely go back.

We booked this beautiful villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary together and it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! The grounds, the pool, the accommodation - everything was 5*. It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and furnished. It contains everything you need for a relaxing vacation in a perfect location. Great communication too. We love it so much we have rebooked and for longer!

Superb Villa in Excellent Location

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. Villa is situated in secure gated grounds, easy access to local amenities and excellent beaches at Santa Pola but car is essential If more than four adults could do with another umbrella round the pool but fantastic overall Would definitely come again

Ein Traum

Das Haus ist ein Traum,die Lage ist einsam und öde,gut zum Erholen,Geschäfte in der Nähe.An der Sauberkeit im Haus sollte noch etwas gearbeitet werden--Schubladen und Böden waren dreckig!Die Führung durch das Haus war hektisch schnell,aber nett.Das Haus ist ruhig,toll eingewachsen,aber der Flughafen nur 8 km entfernt und man hört den Fluglärm,kommt auf die Windrichtung an.Insgesamt war es sehr schön und ist zu empfehlen.

Perfect villa - just beautiful

Amazing villa in an idyllic rural urbanisation with a small playground (swings and slide) about 300m away. It's a very comfortable villa with good sized rooms and lovely open plan family kitchen/dining/living area. Wonderful outdoor space and large pool compliments the villa. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a villa in a rural location. It is really quiet and peaceful. A car would be an essential choice as there are no shops in the urbanisation but it is only a few minutes drive to a nearby small supermarket or 15 minutes to Santa Pola.
