Breathtaking views over wide lagoon in East Beach area of Kiawah Island. Easy 8 minute walk to beach.

Light and airy with floor to ceiling windows, this end-unit villa is all on one level, with a short set of stairs to the front door. The villa includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite renovated bathroom. A dining area seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar counter. The private dock offers uninhibited views of a tranquil lagoon and is the perfect spot for lounging, spotting local wildlife, or having a glass of wine as you watch breathtaking sunsets. A private screened-in porch offers another spot to relax and enjoy the view, perfect for any kind of weather.

The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, blender, hand mixer, panini maker, and an air-fryer/electric grill.

Other amenities include flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and living room, basic cable, complimentary wi-fi, and washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided, as well as a “starter kit” of paper products and soap. The villa also has a collection of favorite board games!

Kiawah was voted #5 Best US Island by Conde Nast. It boasts renown golf and tennis, a great expansive 10 mile beach, easy access to many bike paths, and bird (and alligator!) watching. Kayak rentals are also available nearby, as well as historic Charleston just 45 minutes away.

The villa is close to Night Heron Park (which includes a Nature Center) and the Sanctuary Hotel, a beautiful 5 star facility with a spa and restaurant. It is also a very short drive to Freshfields Village which includes Harris Teeter grocery store and several cute restaurants and shops.

Perfect accommodations with all the white glove touches in an incredible location! The host thought of everything so the villa is well-stocked for a relaxing and picture-perfect vacation on Kiawah Island. The decor, layout and upkeep of the villa went above and beyond our expectations. We enjoyed unwinding on the deck and our kids were consistently occupied looking out at wildlife on the lagoon. Short walk to the beach & all of the excellent dining options at the resort. Book your stay & look forward to island relaxation!

Great location and outdoor spaces.

We loved staying at this Parkside Villa. Great location for beach, tennis, shops. The unit was beautiful was wonderful views and outdoor spaces. We’ve been to Kiawah 10 times and this is our favorite rental. Kimberley was a very responsive and helpful host.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Great clean condo in an excellent location. Walking/biking distance from the beach and park with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The patio over the lagoon is so nice too. Great nature watching and great stargazing at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Sun on the lagoon

The condo was just as depicted online-well stocked, very clean and fabulous location!! Sun shone on the deck and in the windows all day and we had shade on the screened in porch to relax.Three en-suite bedroom/bathrooms are hard to find, so this was perfect for 5 seniors!We had extremely easy email communication with the owner.

Serenity at its best!

Fantastic stay! This villa has an incredible view on the lagoon with little bridge (leading to the beach) and abundance of wild life. The place itself is well maintained and has everything you need if you decide to stay in. We sure hope to be back!

Great location

Large enough for 6 people with large kitchen as well. Lots of wildlife around and in the lagoon. Owner easy to get in touch with and checked on us once we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and host

This is a property obviously managed by the owner(a positive) who takes care of her place. The other reviews are spot on, the place is well stocked and taken care of with personal touches that make it feel like home. This rental reminds of what many of the original VRBO places used to be before corporate management took over many rentals.

Serenity at Kiawah

We had a lovely stay at this condo for a week. The location is excellent. The owner was very accommodating. We did have a problem with cockroaches which was dealt with promptly. The condo is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a very good stay indeed.

Perfect spot on Kiawah island

Kimberly is an awesome commentator! The house is in a quiet location on a peaceful pond. It was the perfect spot for alligator watching and seeing beautiful sunsets. It’s a comfortable home with all that you need for a stay on Kiawah.

Perfect Kiawah Getaway

Well appointed home-beautiful furnishings and updated bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, family room has comfortable seating, and the deck is a great place to look at the water. Perfect beach getaway home would book it again!

Great location

This init is situated on a pond that provides great views and wildlife viewing. Short bike ride to the beach. It’s very clean and had great amenities. Very responsive owners. Could not have asked for better. We will be back!

Oasis at Kiawah

We booked this villa for a week stay and could not have made a better choice! The villa was well-equipped with everything you would need and in a great location to access all Kiawah has to offer. Would 10/10 recommend and plan on returning in the future.

First winter month in Kiawah

We have been long-time vacationers at Kiawah with our children… Now we are empty nesters and we wanted to try the island in February. We found the perfect villa! Adorable and well appointed with everything you need!! This villa is in a great location where you can sit on the porch and hear the soothing ocean waves and also enjoy the stunning lagoon views. The owner is lovely to work with and their management company handles everything efficiently.We will definitely rent this villa again… just perfect!

Lovely condo, fabulous location

This home is wonderfully situated on the Kiawah resort, close to beach, the Sanctuary, bike paths, the Night Heron park and quick access to the Freshfields village. It is beautifully appointed with complete kitchen for cooking and entertaining, comfy bedding and lovely decor. Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving week and this location on the lagoon made it very special.
