Osi Lago Lake LBJ Resort's main level opens into the great room with spectacular lake views. Beyond the great room lies a massive veranda  overlooking the pool and lake - and outfitted with comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a large gas grill.  

The  gourmet kitchen features a large island, modern stainless steel appliances, including a 36-inch induction cooktop, dual ovens, refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher,  stand-alone ice maker, and wine refrigerator.   A large walk-in pantry and plenty of countertop and island space make room for several creative chefs to work together.   The large dining table provides comfortable seating for 10 and the island seats 7.   Additional dining space for 8 is a few steps away on the veranda.  

Bedroom 1, on the main level, features a king bed, 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, and large master bath with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, large counter with dual vanities, and lots of storage in the bathroom and closet.  

Bedroom 2, on the main level, features a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, a bunk niche with 2 queen beds, and a large bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.  

Heading downstairs from the main level - Osi Lago Resort's lower level opens into a large "Hangout Room", with two smart TVs,  a dining table for six, a massive comfortable sofa, and giant bean bags.   The lower level kitchen includes a large sink, refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, stand-alone ice maker, and has counter seating for 5.  

The Hangout Room leads out to the large pool area. Guests can lounge in the shallow beach area, swim laps, splash and play in the water, or lounge in the sun on the pool deck.   The large hot tub seats 12 people and has great lake and hill country views and spectacular sunset views. And, the pool can be heated for an additional charge.

The lower level includes two large bedrooms, both with king beds, ceiling fans, and smart TVs. Two separate  bunk niches sleep 6. There are two large bathrooms, both with dual vanities, one with a large walk in shower, and the other with a tub/shower combo.  

The Osi Lago Resort features two large capacity washers and dryers, and two on-demand, tankless water heaters, so you will never run out of hot water.  

The garage is climate controlled and furnished as a game-room with a large comfortable sofa for lounging, a smart TV, a ping pong table, an air hockey table, and lots of board games. Six built-in bunk beds provide comfortable sleeping for 9.

Out front, there is a large parking area that accommodates 12-14 cars, trucks, boat trailers, watercraft trailers, etc.  

A neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located adjacent to the property.  And, there is a 120-foot dock area for your boats and/ or personal watercraft.

A lighted walkway leads down to the lakeside patio with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy waterfront views and the calming sounds of the lighted lake fountain. Four kayaks are provided for guests to paddle out and enjoy the lake.

We provide a clothing iron, ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom, and a start-up supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, and dish soap.

Guests should plan to bring extra paper goods (facial tissue, toilet paper, and paper towels), coffee (Keurig Single and Carafe), seasonings, spices, personal toiletries, bath soap, shampoo, extra trash bags, life jackets, and beach towels.

The Osi Lago Resort is situated on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ, on beautiful Hill Country Cove, that is ideal for relaxing, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

There is convenient access to the main lake via a waterway that passes under a bridge with a 6-foot clearance above the water level. NOTE: Boats with a Bimini Top or Wake Tower will need to lower them to pass through. 

The property is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country - less than an hour from Austin, with easy access to several great golf courses, numerous Texas wineries, and distilleries. Several charming Texas Hill Country destinations, including Marble Falls, Johnson City, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Llano, and Fredericksburg, are a short drive away.
