Downtown, walk to the Hangout/Beachfront Condo with Pool & Amazing View

2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico with nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico but a beautiful, white sand beach! Bring your family for a marvelous time just steps away from the Hangout and fun galore. The new floor to ceiling glass windows give you an awesome view of the water that is unobstructed. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. The King bedroom has a comfy king bed and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 3 twin beds with a private, full bathroom.

The space
The condo is an end unit which is a larger 2 bedroom unit with a huge balcony and no guests on the East side of the condo. Being a 4th floor unit, the view is amazing and it’s not so high that you will need binoculars to see people on the beach.it’s a low enough floor that many people don’t mind using the stairs instead of the elevator.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the unit except one closet and one cabinet in the kitchen which is locked for owner’s use. You can use the swimming pool, the grills, and the exercise room and anything else on the grounds of the complex. There is a parking fee of $50.00 per car per stay. Passes can be obtained in the East building on the ground floor.

Some issues

Had some issues that were handled by Sara very well. Just remember that this complex is older and not a Phoenix. Location is super and close to many amenities.

Great vacation

Have used this property multiple times in the past, it was as great as always. Great location for both beach access and restaurants. Will continue using this property as long as it’s available. The hosts are great people and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View and Great Location!!

Great place

The condo was a great space. It was updated and clean with plenty of space for everyone. The beach wasn't crowded, and it was close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Our visit

Property is well maintained. Decorating is well done. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff should do ceiling fans and vents. When booking, the cost to park should be mentioned. We loved how close it was to great shops and restaurants. The pool area is fantastic and provides shade with tables. We also loved the boardwalk to the ocean.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view

The condo was lovely with all the needed supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The location was wonderful. I loved being able to take walks either on the beach or on the walkway around the Hangout and Pink Pony. We had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT PLACE IN GULF SHORES

Overall great experience, key entry was a bummer as the previous guess had broke the keyless entry so we were left with old school key for entry just one more thing to keep track of. The patio was greatness and the upgraded TALL andarondek gliders were great to sit in looking over metal patio fence watching sunrise. I would not stay at the WEST location their pool was insane busy and loud and WEST did not have wooden walkway to beach. Sliding door needs some WD40 sounds like screeching brakes when opening and closing. Lots of eating places around condo which was nice. Love the second bedroom with three separate twin beds works for our three kids. Will rent again. Thanks.

We had a wonderful winter in a beautiful condo on the beach. The condo is in excellent condition, and the online pictures do not so it justice. The Adirondack gliders on the lanai are the absolute best! We loved the condo so much we booked for 2024 within 24 hours of our arrival.

Great place for our family.. short walk to the beach and restaurants

This was a great place for our family. The beach was steps away and easy to access. The condo was stocked well and clean. No issues during our stay. Very close to the Hangout which the kids enjoyed.

4th Floor Beach/Water View

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, plenty of clean towels to use and plenty of pillows, which I personally love to have for sleep time. Oh! The balcony view which was our favorite part, it was sooo… nice. It was not so high up or to low as advertised. The balcony chairs were perfect! I am short so those chairs helped my view of the beach to not be obstructed by the railings. I truly appreciated that.😊 It did rain almost everyday but we had this great condo to come back to after our outings. This condo was close and not to close to every place we needed to go. We would love to visit Gulf Shores again and stay at this condo building with beach/water views. It was an enjoyable and restful stay.😊

It was a good size for my family. The listing was dead on for the unit that we satayed in as well. No issues checking in or out, parking passes were no issue to obtain either. Over all, the family would not mind going on vacation and staying in the same unit in the future.

Great Location

Great location! Nice beach and good location to Gulf Shores activities. We had a great stay. Loved the gliding Adirondack chairs on the balcony. We had all the basics that we needed in the condo. I would recommend if you’re staying with a family for anything longer than a few days to bring extra paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) and dish detergent. I also wish I’d brought some Clorox wipes with us. Either way the grocery store is close and those items can be picked up if needed. We had a great stay!
