Apartment in a Haussmann-style building, located 50m from Place Kléber, between the Masséna and Foch metro stations (250m away), and close to Parc de la Tête d'Or, Les Halles Paul Bocuse, and the Part-Dieu shopping center. Numerous shops—including the chocolatier Bernachon and a bakery right at the foot of the building—as well as several restaurants are nearby. Situated on the mezzanine level, the apartment features exposed stone walls, parquet flooring, and wood paneling. The two living room windows face south, overlooking the avenue, and are fitted with double glazing and interior shutters. Heating is provided by individual electric radiators, and a portable air conditioning unit is available from June to September (starting in 2027). The layout comprises a 15m² bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a 35m² kitchen/living area with a fireplace, and a 3.5m² dressing room with hanging space and storage drawers. A Canal+ Séries subscription is included. Pets are welcome.

Pascal was a nice touch to our stay. He added clarity to all the ins and outs, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and was aTrue gentleman in helping with all our luggage. This is a wonderful location to see Beautiful Lyon.

Would fully recommend this apartment in every respect. In addition the area is most acceptable with first class shopping and wide choice of restaurants.Special mention for Pascal who was most helpful and reliable.

This was a perfect place to explore Lyon. Very close to two different metro stations, great restaurants, a delicious bakery and markets. Very clean space and very thoughtful hosts!

Beautiful apartment in nice part of town — good shopping, restaurants and publicity metro close by. Apartment fully furnished with everything you could need — including washer and dryer. Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in/ Check out was a breeze. Highly recommend

Amazing Place -

We loved this place both for location and the sheer peacefulness of it! Great beds, good kitchen and Pascal was amazing and so helpful! He even held a parking spot for us when we arrived!

The apartment is terrific — and Pascal is amazing. Communication was really easy. The location is great — a little out of the most touristy part of Lyon, and everything is accessible. The apartment was beautifully clean, and everything we needed was there. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful apartment in Lyon

Everything was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed for our three day stay and the property manager was very attentive to our needs. Property was very clean and quiet, close to many bakeries and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location

Very enjoyable stay, the apartment was practical, spacious and comfy, location central, the 6th arrd is walking distance to Vieux Lyon, parc Tête D'or and most of central Lyon. You won't be disappointed.

First visit to Lyon

This was a lovely location and we enjoyed staying in the area - lots of good food options and close to the Metro. The apartment was very pleasant and as described, with everything we needed. Communication with the host and the concierge was prompt and straightforward.

Wonderful apartment

A magnificent apartment in a stylish Lyon street

Great Apartment!

Totally enjoyed our stay! The location is convenient to all the sights of Lyon whether walking or using transit. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. The property manager Pascal could not have been more responsive and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Apartment Rental in Lyon

Very comfortable, well located rental. Walking distance 2 subways, shops, parks and historic downtown. We loved the apartment character; comfortable bed; bathroom with heated towel rack ( separated from toilet); well equipped kitchen and ample storage. Highly recommend.
