Villa Viglakia is a small family business. Philippe and his wife Carina live on the premises and can welcome visitors all year round.
Villa Viglakia is located in Santa Maria in the heart of a Natura 2000 nature reserve. The bay of Naoussa is undoubtedly the most picturesque part of the island.

The villa (Viglakia = beautiful view) is close to a number of beautiful sandy beaches. On a clear day you can easily see the islands of Naxos, Mykonos, Iraklia and Ios, as well as a number of lesser-known Aegean islands.
Villa Viglakia sits in a plot of 4000m2, with a beautiful well-kept garden, palm trees and many other local plants. There is no traffic because the villa is at the end of a private road, overlooking the sea.

The proposed apartment has two separate bedrooms and an open living/kitchen area. The apartment has its own terrace with access to the garden and partial sea view. In addition, there is a private, shaded patio.

The apartment has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi service.
Breakfast can be served on request on the terrace with sea view.

Très beau séjour !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans l‘ un des cinqs appartements de cette jolie propriété un peu en hauteur , mais proche des plages magnifiques de Santa Maria. Celles ci sont de part la clarté de l‘ eau propices a découvrir le monde aquatique 😊. Phillipe et Carina , les propriétaires etaient très acceuillants et nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils nécéssaire pour visiter les autres recoins de l‘ île.

Appartement très agréable et calme

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Paros. L’accueil et la communication avec Philippe est excellente, et pouvoir le faire en français aide beaucoup! L’appartement est dans une partie de l’île assez tranquille, pas loin de la plage de Sainte Marie et à 10-15min de voiture de Naoussa (village magnifique !). Il est conseillé d’avoir une voiture pour pouvoir se déplacer facilement et surtout pour faire les courses. Possibilité de faire des machines à laver (8€ le lavage avec tout les produits inclus donc pas la peine de les prévoir). La piscine est petite, juste pour se rafraîchir si besoin (nous ne l’avons pas utilisée), mais la vue depuis cette partie est très belle et on peut rester prendre un verre en regardant le couché du soleil. Merci Philippe pour tous les conseils et informations.

Lovely hosts . Very relaxing holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property is about1km easy walk to the beach . There is a choice of beaches 1-3km away either with umbrellas or pretty deserted. You can find your own little spot . Bus stop is about 1km away too and buses are every hour from 11am . The buses were good and ran pretty much to time . It is €2 each to get to the next main town Naoussa and €2 each to get to Parikia-the island’s biggest town after that. We chose not to hire a car as we wanted to have a driving free holiday as we spend a lot of time driving at home. We enjoyed the buses though hiring a car would make exploring the interior of the island a lot easier and it’s probably not that much more price wise. Bring something to eat for evening and breakfast if you are arriving later in the day until you get your bearings. Our hosts were really very helpful-there if you needed them and full of good advice . They are able to speak many languages between them . There are 5 apartments with the main house above. The apartments were clean and well maintained with clean sheets and towels every few days. There were other guests that you could chat to if you wanted to and it had a lovely tranquil feel with a beautiful garden . Pomegranates and olives were ripening on the trees . I don’t think I will taste a nicer fig in my life as the ones picked from a tree in an abandoned field nearby. Super sweet with a slight salty sheen on the outside . OMG it was so good. We tended to eat out for lunch and have bread cheese and tomatoes and fruit in the evenings . The food was very good and you could eat relatively cheaply eg.the grilled sardines were delicious, though there are plenty of upmarket establishments too. Lovely experience overall .

Great location and views

Phillips and Careen very responsive. They actually rent 4 apartments, there is some coming and going but this didn’t detract from what turned out to be a great holiday

Off the beaten path in Paros

Beautiful property and lovely island. Beds could have been softer but that would be our only complaint. Leo and the cats were an extra treat since we are animal lovers. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. Would recommend.

Logement idéalement situé, proche de plages, tavernes et de la petite ville de Naoussa . Néanmoins une voiture est nécessaire si vous souhaitez prospecter l’ile. Philippe est charmant et de très bons conseils. L’appartement à été refait récemment dans un esprit typiquement grec. De plus, il est extrêmement propre. Il n’y manque rien pour passer un très bon séjour.

Loved it!

The villa was as described, with aircon, a nice shower with constant hot water, comfy beds and all the necessary ammentities. The hosts were extremely helpful in helping us to get taxis, recommending us beaches and places to visit. As well as this they were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, especially through texts. I would highly recommend staying here, although we did require taxis to get to the town, but we knew this before we arrived so we weren't bothered. Overall, a very nice stay.

Superbe location au calme

Magnifique séjour à la villa Viglakia, dans un environnement très tranquille non loin de plages de toute beauté, à quelques km de Naoussa le centre touristique charmant du Nord de Paros. Les appartements sont pimpants, et l'accueil des propriétaires très sympa. S'il y avait juste un bémol à signaler, ce serait probablement l'insonorisation vis-à-vis de l'appartement du premier étage mais néanmoins, rien de très "handicapant".

Deux semaines magnifiques à la Villa Viglakia

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à la Villa Viglakia. L’espace intérieur est bien aménagé pour recevoir une famille et se détendre. La terrasse extérieure donne sur un magnifique jardin fleuri très bien entretenu. On peut profiter des chaises longues à l’ombre des palmiers et des oliviers. La maison bien située est à quelques minutes de nombreuses plages. On a le choix entre plages aménagées ou plus sauvages, toutes aux eaux transparentes et turquoises ! Naoussa est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Merci beaucoup aux chaleureux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs conseils tout au long du séjour. Philippe et Carina sont toujours disponibles pour satisfaire leurs locataires et nous ont donné de bonnes adresses : restaurants, plages, produits locaux … En conclusion, nous conseillons sans retenue Villa Viglakia.

Una Vacanza Perfetta

A perfect holiday . Beautiful location, in the north of the island, in a nature reserve. The villa is located in a quiet and relaxing, away from traffic (I never slept so well...), but a few kilometers from Naoussa where you can find everything you want (restaurants, bars and nightlife). Better to take the car to go around the island freely. In a few days you can turn around. There are a lot of beaches and for all tastes. Philippe and Carina are wonderful and fun people. They made us feel at home . We remember with pleasure the evenings in their company drinking Suma... The apartment is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Always clean and very well organized. Description correspondant à la réalité: logement tranquille, aménagé simplement mais avec gout et il ne manque rien. Espace bien suffisant pour une famille de quatre personnes avec une jolie terrasse et vue sur le jardin. Propriétaires sympathiques et de bon conseil. On ne peut pas demander davantage !

Un séjour de rêêêêêêve !!!

Excellent séjour ! Merci à Carina et Philippe pour leur accueil chaleureux dans ce coin de paradis ! La vue à 360° est à couper le souffle ! On distingue plusieurs îles des Cyclades, et les couchers de soleil y sont magnifiques ! L'appartement est vraiment très propre, très bien entretenu et la décoration est réalisée avec beaucoup de goût ! Nous nous y sommes vraiment très bien sentis et .... comme chez nous !!! (A noter, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, si besoin.) La terrasse donne sur un jardin fleuri et très sympa. Villa Viglakia est située "au bout" de la belle Paros dans un endroit préservé et naturel, on y est tranquilles ! Mais pas d'inquiétude, Naoussa est vraiment tout près, comme d'autres villages ou ports à ne pas louper ! (la voiture est donc indispensable si vous souhaitez visiter l'île !) Philippe et Carina sont très disponibles et toujours prompts à renseigner, donner des conseils, ils sont vraiment très sympas ! Que ce soit pour les activités (merci la planche à voile !!!), les visites ou les tavernes (soirée inoubliable au bord de la baie de Naoussa !)ils sont vraiment extras ! Nous recommandons vivement et chaudement un séjour à Villa Viglakia !!! Comme nous l'avait annoncé Philippe lors de la réservation, Paros est vraiment formidable en mai !!! Encore mille mercis pour ce séjour !!!

petit luxe en atmosphere relax

Très jolie villa récemment complètement renouvelée, appartements spacieux et confortables, endroit très calme, vue sur mer et Naxos superbe. Propriétaires très gentils avec toujours un bon conseil resto/plage/visite/excursion/shopping. Nous avons visité Naousa (très beau village), Kolimpithres et Ampelas (plus petits, très calmes) à vélo et en voiture. Très agréable, bons restaurants (presque) partout. Grand choix de plages magnifiques. à recommander
