- Outstanding Architect Loft of 110m2 (i.e 1200 sqft.) recently refurbished by Architect
- Secured and quiet building, in the heart of Paris
- 1 min walk from Metro and Halles Secretan (good food and restaurants) and 7min walk from Buttes Chaumont park.
- Up to 8 guests
- 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, a large living room with convertible sofa
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- Decorated with high quality and design furniture
- A very nice area with lots of shops & restaurants
- 1st floor.

The loft is a 110m2 (about 1200 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.

It has a large living room with sofas (1 is convertible), TV (Apple TV + Netflix) and a dining space.

It has 3 double bedrooms with 4* Queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms with toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plate, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, ...).

Bedroom 1 : Double bed (160x200), closet, and sofa.

Bedroom 2 : Double bed (160x200), direct access to a bathroom with toilets, and a window on the living room with curtains.

Curtains are almost everywhere to bring privacy. The loft is at the 1st floor in a courtyard of a nice typical Parisian building. It is very quiet.

Very nice apartment. Clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable.

The apartment is nicely renovated. There is plenty of room to relax and it is exceptionally clean and uncluttered . There are shops and restaurants on the block and close to subways. The entry way hall (shared space) could use some help.

Couldn't shower!

This property listed as 1st floor. Once you find the property (the host was of no help) You go through a door down a walkway through another door and you find a set of narrow steps that lead up to the property. Initial impression, it is nice, There are many oddly placed step down platforms that make it hard to get around, the corner of the kitchen floor is decayed and rotting. When we returned from touring the city of Paris it was apparent that someone had been inside the apartment. I contacted the host with a message saying please call immediately. After an hour I received a message saying "what is your emergency"! I explained that while we were out someone came into the apartment and ripped out BOTH SHOWERS leaving a total mess in both bathrooms and no way to clean up after a busy day of touring. There were blades left on the sink counter and floor. Dirt everywhere. Pieces of the shower wall laying in front of the toilet. BOTH showers taken out. The host said sorry it was a mistake that the workers went into the wrong apartment. However we had personal things left out all over the place. Clothes in the bedrooms and toiletries in the bathroom. Not understanding how they didnt realize someone was staying there. when we arrived there were 2 shower bases against the wall. It was apparent that work would be done eventually. Host was of no help and would not supply an email address or phone number to contact him easier. His response was to please not use the shower!

Absolutely beautiful property

The second we walked in the door, we immediately regretted not booking a longer stay. This has been one of the most stylish and comfortable place we’ve stayed in. It is clean and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. It is located close to Metro stations making getting around very easy. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun, convenient stay in Paris. My only reservation would be that there are some steep steps up to the apartment. It worked out fine for our family but may be something to consider if traveling with mobility issues.

Great stay all round

This was the perfect place for me and 6 friends to stay at when we visited Paris. We had a great time in both the north and south parts of the canal, which are both easy to access from the apartment. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable and we had no issues.
