- 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with open Kitchen
- Decorated with high quality and design furniture
- A very nice area with lots of shops / restaurants and boutiques.
- Typical Parisian Neighbourhood.

The loft is a 95m2 (about 1000 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.

It has a large living room with sofa, TV (cable + Netflix) and a dining space. It has an open kitchen with all equipments and 4 double bedrooms with 4* Queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms with toilets (one is separate).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plate, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ...).

Bedroom 1 : Double bed (160x200), closet, and a window on the terrasse outside.

Bedroom 2 : Double bed (160x200), a private bathroom with toilets, and a window on the patio outside.

Bedroom 3 : Double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, and a window on the patio outside.

Bedroom 4 : Double bed (160x200), and a closet.

Curtains are almost everywhere to bring darkness by night and privacy. The loft is at the ground floor in a courtyard of a nice typical Parisian building. It is very quiet.

Paris Par Pied

Eight persons were very comfortable in this four bedroom flat. Amenities were excellent and well used. Close to Metro and dining. Would recommend to any family - ours is multigenerational.

Sehr geschmackvolle und geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit vier großen Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern für eine große Gruppe sehr geeignet. Durch die Hoflage absolut ruhig, gleichzeitig sind direkt vor der Tür ein Markt sowie jede Menge Lokale. Belebtes Viertel, gute Infrastruktur, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Unbedingte Empfehlung!

Great flat but had a problem changing reservations.

We really enjoyed the property and its in a good location. We changed the stay from 3 night to 2 with the property manger's permission as we could not get a train back from Lille (Rugby Game) the third night. He could not change it on his end so I cancelled the booking and rebooked. Of course the price had changed from my original booking and he refunded the difference as per his advice. He did not refund the extra day plus I was charged a wire transfer fee from the refund. I could have done nothing and not been out any money and the hassle of changing all of that.

Nice stay

..nice! very gut Area and very quiet..well Florian has to invest a bit (all from IKEA ) for his kitchen (only a 100eur) then looks everything clean ..as it is now has not the best impression ..it takes a bit of attention from him ..to ask for this money..!

Ideal place to stay

The property was modern, clean, in a great loacation, near the train station, metro. We had a great couple of days there and would recommend to other small groups.

Great place to stay

It was a perfect apt. to stay in in Paris for my friends and I. Close to transportation and had a great neighborhood feel. It was very easy to figure out getting around using the Metro or buses. Highly recommend restaurant a few doors down Nous 4. Food was wonderful and service exceptional. Miss our morning croissant at local bakery. Last day bought bread, ham and beignets for our train ride. Florian answered any questions promptly. I found everyone in Paris friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time. Only issue we had with the apartment was the slipper shower. Use caution, so you don’t slip.

Great place

It was perfect for our 2 night stay in Paris. Very clean and communication with Florian is great. He helped with questions that had nothing to do with the rental. Definitely recommend this place.

Superbe appartement.

Fantastic apartment & location

Fantastic apartment exactly as pictures described! Perfect neighborhood location, where we could run into the market for quick supplies. We will definitely stay here again when we return and have a longer time to stay. It was perfect for our family of 6 and super easy to check in & out for our quick trip. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries.

Real Parisian Experience

This was an amazing place to stay nestled close to the local market, shops, cafes and restaurants and the metro. The facilities were adequate and provided a quiet sanctuary to relax after a day exploring. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and immerse yourself in the lifestyle. We certainly hope to return in the future.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood!

This apartment worked so well for our two families! It is so close to many eateries, bakeries, bars, and the train station. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night. The farmer’s market in the neighborhood square was a 2 minute walk from the apartment! While a bit far from most of the Paris tourist attractions, we quickly learned to use the metro network and easily got everywhere we needed to go including Versailles and CDG. It was actually nice to be on the outskirts of tourist town and mingle with locals! The apartment was well stocked and sleeping arrangements were well suited for 8 people. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again.

Appartement bien situé

Aucun gant de toillette et uniquement 2 serviettes à mains pour 7 personnes. Présence importante de fourmis. Plancher endommagé dans le corridor donc risque de se prendre les pieds et de tomber. Le robinet de la cuisine est endommagé également. Hôte sympathique. Spacieux pour un appartement Parisien. Près du métro, de la gare de Lyon, un super marché plublic à 2 pas. Pas besoin de voiture.

Awesome week in Paris.

great neighborhood, restaurants, supermarket train stations, everything within walking distance. House was as is in the pics but could’ve been a little cleaner. Lots of dusts, the terrace/patio also covered with green mildew. I definitely recommend the neighborhood it is nice, and diverse.

Perfect family location!

The apartment was a great spot for our family of 5 with teens/young adults. We had enough space to spread out. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be a few more fans for the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Hat alles gut geklappt. Gut gelegene Wohnung, sehr ruhig und angenehm. Nachteil: Ein kleines Schlafzimmer hatte leider kein Fenster. Kleinere Schäden am Sessel, an einem Bild, am Wasserhahn, im Fußboden. Knapp bemessenes Geschirr. Viel Staub.

Paris week

Great location, close to train/métro/buses, steps from great farmers market 6 days a week. Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance to get anything you may need and lots of bakeries near by with delicious baguettes and other goodies. Very quiet area. Great spot for getting around enjoying the city and resting when you choose to do so. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. The apartment itself is very quiet and comfortable, with large spacious rooms. We very much enjoyed the location. We were surrounded by everyday Parisians but could easily make our way to all the sites a tourist could wish to access. The area is full of restaurants and food stores so finding food was simple. Best of all, there was a fantastic market down the street.
