Comprising: equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, 4-plate stove, oven, microwave), bathroom with shower, washing machine, WC, living room with sofa bed and alcove bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 large bedroom with double bed, terrace, TV with French and Spanish channels, swimming pool (from 1/6 to 01/10) and garden.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Et pourtant il est bien placé.......!

Le chauffage a été fourni par l'agent immobilier, parce qu'il n'y en avait pas. Pas d'oreillers, juste des coussins. Pas de couettes pour les deux grands lits, juste des couvertures pour l'été. Quelques vaisselles et ustencils a relaver avant usage. La propreté de l'appartement très moyenne, nous l'avons rendu plus propre qu'à l'arrivée. Toilettes avec une fuite, et receveur de douche bouché. Appartement a éviter à la location l'hiver. Avons été très déçu.
