In the heart of the Villas Belle Epoque neighborhood in Saint-Raphaël, Var, a charming and comfortable apartment with an ocean view set within a wooded park.
A very quiet residential complex.
Direct access to the Customs Officers’ Trail (150 m).
A supervised family-friendly beach within walking distance (450 m).
Downtown Boulouris (900 m) is within walking distance and features a convenience store, pharmacy, market, and restaurants.
You can do everything without a car, and it’s just 900 m from the Boulouris train station.
A bus stop is located right outside the residence.

Agréable séjour

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement au bord de la mer. Valérie est une hôte très accueillante, arrangeante, chaleureuse qui donne en plus de très bons conseils et bonnes adresses pour profiter au mieux du séjour☺️ L’appartement est sympathique, rénové avec goût et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons ce logement. Merci pour tout et à bientôt Valérie !

Un séjour au top

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Valérie. L'appartement est impeccable, très agréable, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, bien équipé et proche des belles criques de St Raphaël. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Valérie est disponible pour toutes sortes de questions et nous a gentiment partagé ses bons plans. Merci à elle. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
