Welcome to our condo just a few minutes from the world famous 5th Avenue and Third Street in downtown Naples, and the white sandy beaches. Close by, you also have access to popular Tin City and Bayfront, and the abundance of dining, shops and activities in the area.

Walk to attractions or take the complimentary shuttle to/from the beach & downtown Naples!

You’ll love to relax in this spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, just a few steps to the pools and all resort amenities. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and much more – perfect for making home-cooked meals!

The master bathroom includes a spacious shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, and hair dryers are available in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit.

This is a true resort experience! Resort fees are paid directly to the Resort upon check-in and cover everyone in the reservation. These fees are as follows:

- May 1st to October 31st = Administration fee of $100 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $40 + tax per day
- November 1st to April 30th = Administration fee of $200 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $50 + tax per day

For stays 30 days to 6 months, the fee will be $750 plus the administration fee.
