This beautiful updated townhome in the Gulf Highlands Resort has 2 bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. (Bedroom 1): King bed in primary bedroom with Canal views from this large, light and airy room. (Bedroom 2): Queen bed with en suite bathroom. There is a spacious living area and pullout sofa in living room that sleeps 2 for entertaining on first level with beautiful views of the canal. Our home is steps away from one of the resort's heated swimming pools. The resort offers eleven pools in total, with one on the beach. The resort provides gated access to the beach next to the Beach club and ocean side pool. Pickle Ball courts, miniature golf, shuffle board and kid's playground are additional amenities available during your stay.

Great Location and Turtles are amazing to watch

We had a wonderful time at this location. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and close to everything. We enjoyed watching and feeding the turtles. The beach is beautiful and it was so nice that the property owner provides all the equipment for the activities. The owner was super fast to respond to questions. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Air conditioning was great! Space was perfect sized, and clean! Thank you for an awesome stay and awesome communication. So glad we got to do our girls trip here. Definitely recommend!

Clean, easy access

Very clean with plenty of things to cook and good space for those of us who stayed. I do wish it was a bit closer to the beach but I think overall it was a great place to stay. Would recommend

Great stay!

Location was great, as were amenities at the property. The decor of the home, as well as extras the host provided were fabulous. We really enjoyed the turtles, fish and birds we could take in off the back porch. Great stay!

Great Stay

Me and my family enjoyed staying here. The location was great, everything you need is about 5 minutes away. The beach was a close walk and Lindsay provides everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again! The neighborhood was good as well and easy access to everything. Lindsay responded quickly every time and communicated great.

wonderful trip

The location was great. The house had everything we needed for the vacations all the way to frozen beer mugs in the freezer. Beds were soft and comfortable. overall wonderful trip!

a nice play to stay to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun. Location was great location to beach and took no time to get there by foot. Also, it was wonderful not to have to bring own beach chairs and towels.

We had an amazing time,Lindsay answer to all my questions . The place is better than what the pictures shows, it has everything you need. You are close to a pool,close to the beach access door ,very quiet place ,no issues at all . I trully recommend this property . 👌

Family spring break

This property met our needs and more. The condo is older but feels so spacious. We enjoyed the decor of the home and all the amenities included. My kids loved having the heated pool so close, and we were able to walk to the beach as well. When I reached out to the owner, she responded quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Place

We enjoyed our stay. Condo at great location, 7-8 mins walk to the beach. Very spacious home, clean, and beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen. Staircase carpet needs little cleaning. Lindsay Perez was very prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Directions provided helped to locate place easily. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful!!

The condo was great! It was clean. The check in and out process was easy! It has everything you need for a day at the beach! It has a chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a wagon and even baby floats! I also seen a play pen for babies in the closet! The patio has a great view of the canal! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Had a Great Stay

Property was as advertised. The condo was very clean and felt like home. Lindsay was very easy to work with. Location was good, a ten minute walk to the beach. The 18 hole putt putt course on the property was a nice bonus as well as the the 11 swimming pools on the property. The owner has chairs and a wagon to transport your stuff to the beach. What a help that was with 5 of us. Would definitely rent from Lindsay again, totally enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property.

Great location, 5 minutes (or less) to breakfast/lunch/dinner AND Walmart for stocking the supplies. About 5 minutes to walk to the beach but not on the busy beach-front road, which was nice. 10 minutes to PCB Sports Complex where we were playing baseball. Comfortable space with 2 good-sized beds up and nice living space/kitchen down. Neatly kept property and amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this property in the future.

Only Positives!

Working with this homeowner (Lindsay) was fantastic. Super responsive with communications and provided helpful answers to questions. The condo had plenty of room, very comfortable, superb air conditioning, and all items for use in the kitchen and laundry. The canal behind the condo was visually relaxing and fun to fish in. The property (Gulf Highlands) is well appointed with 11 pools, shuffle board courts, tennis and mini golf. Most condos located here you have to bring equipment to use on the courts. However, the homeowner had most equipment like mini golf putters , golf balls and even purchased a shuffle board equipment set when we expressed we loved to play. The equipment got so much use over the week and many memories made so thank you, thank you for that kind gesture. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, and the property has a beach club with pool right on the beach. The homeowner has beach items like a pull cart, chairs, umbrella and toys for the renters use. Location is in the middle of it all and close to pier park. Only positives here!
