To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow the policies below. Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
1. Maximum Occupancy: This unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests overnight. No Exceptions.
If a violation occurs, guests may be responsible for associated fines, including those issued by the county.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
2. No Parties or Events; Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations mayresult in immediate eviction without refund, plus a fine and liability for any damages.
3. No Smoking; Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is not allowed indoors. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside.
4. No Pets; While we love animals, pets are not allowed on the property under any circumstances.
If any pet hair is found during cleaning—regardless of whether the pet was seen—a $300 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of deep cleaning and allergen removal.
5. Minimum Age Requirement is to book is 21. No exceptions. This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 21 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions
No third-party bookings allowed. The person booking must be present for the entire stay.
A signed rental agreement and a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license are required no later than one (1) day before arrival. Failure to provide these will result in cancellation without refund.
6. Security Cameras; The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record audio and video for your safety and ours. Do not tamper with or cover the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
7. Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints may lead to eviction without a refund.
