Parfait !

Location parfaite, centrale et avec une vue dégagée, sans parler du parking sous la résidence. L’appartement est bien agencé et très bien aménagé, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux. Nous vous recommandons sans réserve cet établissement.

Quiet and superb location

Everything you need in this superbly located apartment. 2 min walk from place de lice and 10 min walk to the harbour and/or swimming in the Mediterranean. The apartment is well equipped and the room temperature can be set individually in each bedroom. Safe and quiet area with an nice view from the balcony. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Thank you to Carole for the late check out possibility !

großartige Wohnung in Top-Lage

Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können: man kommt super mit dem Auto hin und ist trotzdem in nur 2min in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und der Balkon (wir waren im 1OG) ist eine echte Oase, man sitzt im Grünen und der Balkon ist kaum einsehbar. Carole ist eine Top-Gastgeberin.

Great Stay!

Beautiful property in an amazing location! It was under a five minute walk to Places des Lices. Property was very clean and had all amenities needed. Carole was a gracious host and was easily reachable at all times. We will definitely be back! Thank you Carole!

Great location but the flat left much to be desired

We stayed in a lovely neighborhood with walking access to everything. The area was amazing. The stay however was extremely uncomfortable from the start. From the check in process to the mattresses to the bathrooms to the temperature and more, this was far from the comfortable stay we were expecting. Check in: We booked a property where towels are clearly listed as provided in the amenities section. Two days before check in we were told we’d have to “rent” linen for $200. A luxury rental in Saint-Tropez requires us to “rent” linen? I spoke with VRBO about this and still if I wanted to check in, I had to pay an additional $200 for linen. Day 1: The linen that we rented didn’t included comforters or blankets the first night so my kids and wife all complained of how cold it was. We had to request comforters and blankets even after “renting” linen Day 2: We are a family of 5 with 2 young kids, a nanny and my wife and I. We went to the beach every day then dinner. We ran out of hot water every single day. We are a family with kids who get dirty at the beach so we take two showers and had to do laundry because no, the linen rental didn’t include backup sheets or towels. Just one set of towels per person for the entire week. Day 3: the power went out twice for several days at the flat. The mattresses felt like rocks and the small padding used to hide the two twins tied together to make it a double didn’t make it comfortable. Also, the layout is extremely uncomfortable. The master has an en-suite shower but no toilet. I know that it’s normal to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom but not to have to take a shower. Also, there was only one AC vent for the entire common area. No ventilation in the kitchen, the foyer or the extra toilet. And the light didn’t work in there either. Truly disappointed with this property. Truly.

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil

In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Madame Fournier ist sehr charmante und in allen Dingen behilflich. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, die lästige Parkplatzsuche erübrigt sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Appartement sofort wieder buchen.

Very good indeed

Very central and easy accessible flat thanks to the two parking places just downstairs . Nevertheless quiet and silent at night . Fully accessoried ( wi fi , TV washing and drying machine ) . Very nice balcony for enjoyable breakfast and dinner .

Appartement très beau, il y tout ce qui faut, très bonne position, très propre et meubles et garnitur neufs. La madame propriètaire est très gentille, nous nous sommes entendues déjà avant de nous connaitre ;-), elle est très disponible et nous a donnés bcp de bons conseils .
