This studio is located only a few minutes away from most of the emblematic places of Paris : you'll be at the ideal place to visit the city and its wonders.

Located on the 5th floor (with lift until the 4th floor, then a few stairs), this 27 sq. m flat is composed of:
- a nice living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

The 1st district of Paris is one of the most central and historic ones. It has one of the most ancient neighbourhood of Paris, the Halles, which has been there since the middle age. The apartment is in the heart of the most emblematic places of the city : you'll be able to visit the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries, the Pyramide du Louvre, the Vendôme place or the Opera in a few minutes by foot. Every treasures of Paris will only be a few minutes away. The accommodation is nearby a lot of restaurants and bars : don't forget to go the St Honoré street to look at the luxury shops.

Châtelet-Les Halles subway stop (L1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and RER A, B, D) → 10min by foot
Montparnasse train station → 20 min by transports or 13 min by car
Paris-Orly airport→ 55 min by transports or 40 min by car
Paris-CDG airport→ 40 min by transports or 1h by car
