## Space

Located at the heart of Paris, close to the Grands Boulevards, this cozy studio can accommodate 2 people. Close to shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice for a stay in the capital city.

This refurbished studio, very bright with lots of storage, is situated on the 2nd floor with elevator (for the 1st floor only) and consists of a living space of 15 sq. m. This modern and comfortable accommodation includes :
- a cozy living room with sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, hotplates, fridge),
- washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wifi.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

By staying in the 2nd arrondissement, you will be at the heart of Paris, close to all the animations and treasures of the capital city. A few steps away from Place de la Bourse and Grands Boulevards, numerous theaters, shops, bars and restaurants will be a few minutes away on foot. You will also join the Louvre in only 10 min walking. Thanks to the metro located just nearby, it will just take you a metro ride to reach all the touristic places of Paris : the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, Bastille opera, Invalides, Notre-Dame…

Great location

Location is amazing and close to everything. Only negatives are property is on 4th floor with no elevator access and no A/C with no fans in the small apartment made it pretty hot in June

Excellent property. Cozy for a couple. Close to every thing and very clean apt. Friendly manager was able to help us with all our needs. Recommend any time.

This is a great property for travelers and tourists as it is located proximal to many sights and metro stations. Room was cozy and, although small, had sufficient space for a solo traveler. Although the bathroom had been cleaned thoroughly, other surfaces and areas throughout the property were in need of attention. Check-in and check-out are very efficient and property managers communicated efficiently.

Very, very small

The property was okay, was generally clean and had the amenities advertised. The stairs were very difficult and the lighting/lack of lighting in the stairwells was dangerous.

Very negative experience

15 minutes before we arrived o our first night, the host texted us to meet her on the other side of Paris at a different apartment because she didn't have the keys to the apartment. Told repeatedly to book a hotel instead if we wouldn't meet her at a new location a half hour away from the original location (far from city center). Then we hear four hours later that she has the key to the original place and when we arrive the host is very angry with us for not meeting her at the other location. Screamed at us before she left and we were very disturbed. Very negative experience.

These people are a nightmare to deal with. The room was dirty, dusty, with pubic hair everywhere. The shower curtain was dirty. They said they were going to deduct 58 euros from me for using the towels they provided. They charged me TWICE for 'checking in late', which amounted to 44 euros when I turned up like you do anywhere at 10:00 pm, which is absolutely normal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE if you don't want to have a stressful unpleasant time on your trip. I have demanded a refund for them putting me in a dirty room and they have not answered and instead charged me for using the towels.

Host assente per le nostre richieste: cuscini sporchi e puzzolenti, materasso senza fodera, scarico dei lavandini non funzionante . Rumori da lavori negli appartamenti vicini. Pulizia in genere poco curata

Appartement agréable mais avec un manque d'entretien

La porte de placard ne coulisse pas bien, l'abbatant des wc n'est pas adapté au format, il n'y avait plus de produit vaisselle et les éponges ont fait la guerre, les prises sont pleines de poussière. Je ne parle pas du voisinage au-dessus avec séance ménage et claquement de porte à 23h00. Pour le voisinage, cela peut arriver et je l'accepte, pour le reste, le manque d'entretien est vraiment regrettable.

Ausgezeichnete Lage ! Nicht nur die üblichen Hot-Spots sind zu Fuß oder in Kürze mit der Metro zu erreichen, auch das alltägliche Paris, wie es wusselt und pulsiert, ist in all seinen Facetten unmittelbar vor der Haustüre. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch Ihre Innenhofausrichtung ruhig gelegen. Zugegeben, die Unterkunft ist wirklich mini-klein, aber durch Schnitt und Anordnung prima zu nutzen. Wir hatten jedoch den Fokus auf Paris und waren praktisch nur zum Schlafen dort - im Gegensatz zu einem Hotel bietet die Unterkunft den Vorteil sich selbst Versorgen zu können (kl. Küche mit Kühlschrank). Kontaktaufnahme, Abstimmung der Übergabe, Treffen vor Ort und Schlüsselübergabe super freundlich, reibungslos und pro-aktiv, besser kann es nicht laufen! Wir beide (50+) haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
