Domaine de Granit includes several cottages, a detached house "La Source" and other cottages and flats in the manor house where the owners sometimes reside, "Le Granit", a magnificent residence dating from the early 20th century. The Domaine de Granit includes a park of 1.6 hectares, open to tenants. The house has been qualified as a "building of remarkable architecture".

We offer a large 100 m2 flat, renovated, on the first floor of Le Granit.

The house is nestled in a one and a half hectare estate protected by a perimeter wall. The cottage can accommodate from 3 to 6/7 people.
You will have 3 independent bedrooms, the first with double bed, the second with double bed and single bed and the last one with bunk bed. Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and washing machine combined with dryer. 2 independent toilets. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and small appliances. Adjacent living room with television, hi-fi and free Wifi internet.

Heated by an ecological wood-fired boiler, electricity and water included in the price, subject to reasonable use.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is carried out for a compulsory fee of 60 euros to ensure the comfort of the following tenants.

The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
