Nature Escape

This VRBO is wonderful! Although it is in a neighborhood it is very private and quiet. The home was filled with absolutely every thing you need for an enjoyable vacation. The host is wonderful and respond to every question I had iquickly. I highly recommend this beautiful peaceful getaway.

The property itself was excellent. There was plenty to do (even for an easily bored 8 year old), the rooms were comfortable, and the AC worked well (not common in some of these Poconos vacation properties). Communication with the host was also excellent and issues were communicated and addressed promptly.A couple of things that put a dampener on the trip were completely outside of the host's control and were related to the Arrowhead Lake Community. The designated swimming areas/beaches were TINY. While standing at the deepest end of the roped off area, the water maybe came up to mid-thigh. Also, the pools do not allow kids to wear goggles with a nose piece, so my kiddo never even got to swim. Trash disposal is kind of a hassle. You have to go through two gates to get to the trash and if you're unlucky enough to have access closed off because of construction like we were, expect an even longer drive.If those things don't bother you, then definitely don't hesitate to book here.

We love hearing that the game room kept your 8-year-old fully entertained. As you noted, the Arrowhead Lake HOA manages restrictions on pool goggles, designated lake swim boundaries, and community trash rules. We provide detailed community guides before arrival to help guests navigate these local regulations as smoothly as possible. We're glad these community rules didn't overshadow the comfort of the house itself. We would love to welcome you back to our mountain retreat anytime!

Relaxation and Fun

Our stay in Luisa's home was fantastic. She has every detail accounted for so all you have to do is pack clothes and a toothbrush and go. I went with my husband, two girls (over 18) and two small dogs. The dogs had a great time too :) The community is nice and quiet with many amenities to explore. We did Friday night kereoke and felt at home with the residents from this great community. We did grocery shopping nearby and cooked in a lot. It was a pleasure using Luisa's kitchen that is well stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker!!, Utensils, plates etc.. Seriously!! I took some pointers to improve my kitchen!! This is definitely our #1 Poconos vacation spot now! Luisa is a great host and replied quickly to a couple questions we had. Thanks Luisa for your hospitality!!

Home sweet Home

This house was amazing! It was a permit fit! Cozy and felt very welcoming ! My host was very helpful and very patient with me! I have no complaints. Highly recommend. Love the area the activities around the way. My boyfriend and I really loved this home!

Peace and quiet

The house was beautiful and exactly as stated. The outside entertainment area was perfect even though it was freezing cold out. We can’t wait to come back.

Family vacation

The property is awesome! We had the peace and quiet that we all wanted before we return to college,work, and school. The house was clean and had many things to enjoy without having to leave out. There was room in the house for us to spread out and relax alone as well as enjoy family time together. The beaches are close and were beautiful. We are already planning our next visit to this property!

Clean and Cozy

This was the first time we stayed in the Poconos. We had a great experience and the owner was very responsive to all our needs. The house was very clean and had a cozy feel. The amenities in the community were great as well. We look forward to coming back.
