Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 14 m² with a view of the Ariden mountain. The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- An alcove with a single bed (90x190).
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Upstairs:
- A 25 m² living room opening onto a terrace with TV and sofa bed.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, classic coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, multifunction food processor, raclette set, etc.

Outside:
- A west-facing balcony of around 7 m² with mountain views, accessible from the living room and furnished.
- A garden accessible from the bedroom with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha grill, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (Le Bistrot and Le Vin'4), bars, market, etc.

Activities:
You are in the heart of the Great Sites of the Pyrenees:
The Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Néouvielle Reserve, and the Pont d'Espagne in Cauterêts.
WINTER: downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc.
2.6 km from the ski slopes of the vast Grand Tourmalet ski area, accessible by car or free shuttle buses.
Close to the thermal baths, the thermal leisure center, and ski bus shuttles (300 m).
SUMMER: Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the trails, paragliding...
Events: The Barèges Town Hall has an events department. There is an events program for every day of the year.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot with numbered spaces.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). Sheets + pillowcase: €35 for the first bed and €25 for each additional bed. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: €8 per person.
