Our amazing Modern Aspen Core 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Loft is newly furnished, bright & sunny in the HEART of the Aspen Core. No neighbors above or below you, keypad for self check in and set back off of the road, so it's very quiet yet walk to anywhere in town and many trail heads.

Each master bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two queen sized beds.

1 Reserved Parking Space upon request

($150 per pet fee, please confirm pets before booking).

The space
Featuring three master bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and the third master has two queen beds. Both master bedrooms have views of AJAX (Aspen Mountain), closets, and TV's in each room.

The downstairs has an open floor plan, a 65 inch HD Smart TV, a stove, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, full kitchen, a huge sky light!

The private balcony is quiet and gets sun throughout the day...in the summer evenings its great spot to grill on the Webber Gas Grill and enjoy the views.

There is a built in desk if you need to do any office work on your vacation as well as super strong WiFi

Both bathrooms are located upstairs with ample storage throughout the unit.

There is (1) assigned parking spaces for this unit upon request.

This Aspen townhouse sleeps up to eight people but please NOTE: QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10P-7A AND WE DO NOT ALLOW GROUP GATHERINGS OR PARTIES.

The total total square footage of the townhouse is 1,000sf.

Shower in one of two bathrooms never worked and was not fixed for duration of stay. Excuses offered but lack of acknowledgment that perhaps a unit should not be leased out until fundamentals are in working orderNot that large, furniture pretty beat up.

It was within walking distance to everything in Aspen also a short drive to Maroon Bells, Roaring Fork and North Star Nature Preserve. Jordan (host) was excellent from beginning to end and we would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic spot for a ski weekend

Stayed here with my husband and three other friends - it was walking distance from Ajax mountain and all the downtown restaurants, which was perfect.

Great stay in Aspen

We spent a week here and great time! The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Jordan was very responsive and helped us immediately with a few concerns we had when we first arrived. Location is excellent. Home was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Well stocked , good location

We appreciate that it had a parking spot since it hard to find parking in town. And yet you could walk into town easily from the condo and use your car to drive to hikes. It was well stocked so it saved us from buying a ton of things for just a few days.

Aspen Wedding Weekend

Nice property in an excel location. We were in Aspen for an extended wedding celebration. We needed a pet friendly unit since we had our dog with us. The unit was clean and well- appointed. It was perfect for our needs. We did not use the kitchen except for coffee but it had all the necessary items if you wanted to cook. The living space was compact but comfortable. Parking was easy in the assigned space and street parking was usually available in front.

Our weekend in Aspen was great and this property was in a great location. We were walking distance to everything and the unit was exactly as described. Would recommend for a weekend get away with friends or family!

Good place

5-10 min walk to/from downtown Aspen. RFTA bus right outside the place. Well organized. A little difficult to find the entrance at first but good booking experience.

Good choice in Apsen

Great location and walkable to everything. Unit was clean and bright. It is a duplex with beds and bath on 2nd floor which are well laid out. If with a group, be aware that the kitchen/living area is a bit snug and not geared toward serious at home cooking. But if you’re eating out or doing takeout most nights it’ll work. Host was responsive, kind and a great communicator.

Perfect!

Ok so I was a little nervous about this condo regarding the size and location because my kids are kind of fancy and picky, but heck it ended up being perfect for me and my kids and my sons 2 friends (teenagers) The location was perfect as well, we walked everywhere in downtown Aspen. It was perfect! Highly recommend.
