The villa gives direct access to the beach, and on the corniche along the street, allows you to move on foot or by bike. The house is located about 3 minutes by car from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, via the corniche with a breathtaking view!

Come and enjoy the beaches, forests, the Vendée corniche, the amusement water parks (Atlantic Toboggan, Dino's Park, etc.). The Devil's Hole and the salt marshes to visit

The village of Sion on the ocean with its small shops, its market once a week and 2 times a week in season, its small cafes and restaurants near the beach, its bakery, its tobacconist.... You can get to it on foot via the corniche.

- Direct sale to individuals of all seafood products at the large fish tank (seafood, shellfish, lobster, lobster.... etc.)
- Bike rental available in the center of Sion 300 m from the house. You can rent for the day the bike for a ride, many cycle paths (the forest of Sion, the corniche ...)
