If you're looking for a very cozy, safe, beautiful home to stay in this truly is it. We enjoyed the living space and had wonderful conversations and was able to celebrate our daughter's graduation from nursing school. Loved this home and area.

We loved our stay here. Becky was very responsive and easy to work with. Unfortunately we didn’t get to spend too much time at the home as we were there for a conference. But the location was incredible. Easy walk to Kerry Park, toms of great food options in Queen Anne and we could walk everywhere we needed. We would definitely come back!

Great location with parking!!

Excellent location and good layout for families - we had a lovely time and especially appreciated the front porch during some spectacular sunny spring weather, walking distance to parks, great lookouts, cafes and trader joes etc -would definitely stay again!

Excellent spacious clean 4 bedroom house

Becky’s place is spacious with everything you need plus more. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Becky provides clear and easy instructions and valuable information for around the house and also Seattle. Easy check in with door code lock, providing easy access for all of us at different times. Home is very clean with many household items provided. Huge washing machine & 2 dryers too. Loved our stay in Seattle.

Ideal Location

This updated craftsman in the quaint Queen Anne neighborhood was the ideal home base for our group's Seattle visit. Street and driveway parking were a bonus, but we enjoyed walking a few blocks to coffee, shops and restaurants. We were a short drive or Uber to many of Seattle's top tourist sites, though away from the bustle and grunge of the city. (Note: early November was a great time to visit -- no lines for anything and hardly any rain.) Becky (host) was very accommodating and the house was well-equipped for visitors. (Though we did come close to running out of TP! 5 days x 6 women) Lower level beds and lounge would be great for kids, but it would be nice if the plastic mattress covers on the twin beds could be removed for adult stays b/c they "crinkled" throughout the night. Otherwise the mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Stylish & Convenient

Hilltop House was perfect for our family of six. The basement worked fantastic for the two kids to have their own space to sleep and hang out (tv and couch). We loved being located close to downtown Seattle, but yet walking distance to neighborhood restaurants and shops. The house had ample space to relax and a well stocked kitchen to cook. Would stay there again and again and again!

I'm from Chicago, but fell in love with the Pacific Northwest 20 years ago. I'm a bit of a foodie, into gardening, brick-oven cooking, coffee roasting; an avid snowboarder, hiker and runner; and an enthusiastic fellow traveler. I look forward to meeting you!
