Enjoy this tastefully decorated and spacious townhome in the heart of Fremont! Two blocks from the hustle and bustle of Fremont Ave, yet tucked away on a quiet street, the best of both worlds! Relax on the backyard swing or enjoy the scenic views from the top floor balcony. 10 mins walking to the amazing Woodland Park Zoo, 4 mins drive to Fremont Troll, a Seattle favorite Theo Chocolate, Sunday Street Market and more!

The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, very spacious at 2200 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no steps to entrance.

• First Floor: Main entrance; access to 2 car garage.
• Mezzanine: Bedroom with queen bed and desk/chair, treadmill, full bath with bathtub. Laundry.
• Second Floor: Living room with smart TV, kitchen, dining, office, half bath, large. balcony.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/King size bed, smart TV. Ensuite bathroom w/shower & tub. Another bedroom w/ queen bed and full bathroom, balcony.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Plenty of room for the 3 couples staying in the house. The kitchen worked well for our family meals every evening.

Great location

The townhouse was perfect for our group of 4, but could definitely accommodate more. Lots of accommodations if you are traveling with young children. The location was within walking distance of everything great in Fremont. The host was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We stayed at this property for a recent family vacation to the West Coast. The house was exactly as described in the listing and had tons of space for our group of 4. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect. It’s is Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. Coffee shop less than a block away was amazing as well. Highly recommend this property

Fantastic Stay!

Great location, great home, great host! Everything the property boasted, including the photos, was accurate. The home is spacious, updated, quiet, and made the 5-day stay visiting our son at UW fantastic. Nice location in central Fremont to restaurants, shops, zoo, etc., and Lighthouse Roasters half a block away was always our first morning stop for coffee and croissants. Joanne was definitely a SuperHost, with great communication and availability, making the check-in/out process seamless. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Nice Home - Close to UW Campus

Nice comfortable stay. Easy location to the UW campus. Everything about the house was nice. Only drawback was that the doors to the patios were locked (deadbolt), so we can not use them. Also, need to stock a few more pantry items (salt especially). There are a lot of stairs; so keep that in mind if you have anyone with mobility issues. We knew going in so we were able to work with them for a few nights. Would definately recommend the home.

Great Pic

We picked the perfect house for us. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great with all the plans we had. We rented a car and loved having the garage to park in just because parking was so hard to find everywhere! There was an amazing coffee shop just a couple of houses away and restaurants within blocks. We didn't use any outside areas but they looked nice. I would refer this to a friend and stay here again if I come back to the area.

Would stay here again

Good lighting. Note lots of stairs. Window A/C unit in 3rd floor main bedroom was helpful since the central A/C compressor wasn't working at the time. Good quality bath towels although stained by previous guests (just enough towels for the two of us). Underside of toilet seats were gross. Comfy main bed despite flat pillows and depressions in mattress from previous guests. Kitchen stove wasn't clean and could use some new pans, a working toaster, some bakeware, and matching dishware. Bring your own coffee/tea (one k-cup was provided). Nice 2-car garage (I tightened the loose/misaligned sensor so the garage door would close on sunny afternoons). Ask for key to double-deadbolt locks to access outside patios. Consistently fast responses from Betterstay management company.

Is it VRBO or Betterstay

I booked through VRBO, but was transferred to Betterstay for final payment, a little unsettling. They wanted to switch communication outside of VRBO to the Betterstay platform; again, unsettling. Upon arrival, the door code did not work. Short call to the number provided got us in. The home had not been cleaned as described and as signs around the house indicated it would be. There was hair, food particles and dirt/dust on the wood on the floor on the main level, hair on the sink in the half bath and hair on the floor. The carpets had not been vacuumed. Lights were missing in on light in the lower level bedroom. There was a dirty pan in the dishwasher. Soap had not been filled in one of the bathrooms. A bottle of cleaner and a dirty rag were on a ledge. I called the contact and the cleaner returned. It seemed as though she was an individual just hired to clean, not part of a cleaning company. She arrived in her personal vehicle wearing sweats and working on her phone to communicate as she did not speak English. She vacuumed while we were out, however upon return after 25 minutes, I had to point out the areas that were missed. I provided photos to my contact upon request. The lack of attention to cleanliness was a huge disappointment.

Nice House Terrible Property Management

My family rented this nice house in a good location from June 25-July02 , 2023.On our Sunday arrival we found that there was a stench coming from the kitchen. In opening the dishwasher we found standing water in there with floating rotting food. We notified the management the next morning and they said they would correct the problem.We were texted late Monday that the dishwasher was working. We arrived late that evening to find nothing done. We have both pictures and text and emails to verify all of this . From Tuesday until Friday we were in daily contact with Betterstay the property company. It was only after I called the emergency phone number the second time and told them I had pictures to prove this that they sent another team member to drain and disinfect the appliance . We actually had a non smelling house to stay in for about 36 hours out of our 7 day stay. We left the house at 5 AM on July 2nd. Two times I called the management company and asked to speak to the manger Jonanne and both timers I was told she was not available. If the home owner wishes to contact me VRBO has all of my information on file. I rent a home every year for a week somewhere in the US and have for over 15 years and this is only the second bad review I have ever written. It's a nice house in a good location. What it needs is good property upkeep.From the first day of our stay we gave the property manager every opportunity to correct this terrible problem. 4
