After your booking is received, we will contact you directly to answer additional questions and provide more details regarding the reservation process.

All guests are required to read and sign our rental agreement and condo terms prior to arrival. Our rental agreement outlines important information regarding payments, cancellations, condo rules, and guest policies.

• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• A refundable $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival
• The hold will be released within 48 hours after departure, subject to the conditions outlined in our rental agreement

Andree is a wonderful host! Her communication is wonderful. The place is in a perfect location to the beach. Quiet and clean. The chair service is an added bonus. My family enjoyed this trip so much. You can walk to ice cream and food. We will definitely stay again.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. Property grounds were beautiful as was the private beach. The condo itself was huge and comfortable. Also really enjoyed the outdoor patio. Highly recommend.

Amazing vacation

This condo and location was perfect for a week long girls trip. The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. It’s close to great restaurants. But best of all it is so close to the beach. we had a great time and definitely hope to return soon.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. We had 5 adults (two couples and my mom) and all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. Easy beach access and the pool area was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.

Perfect Florida Getaway

If you are looking for a home away from home with all the accommodations look no further. We stayed for a week and would have loved to stay longer. Very clean and beautiful property. The beach was beautiful and the area is a hidden gem and now one of our favorite places along the Florida coast.

Great location for easy pool/beach access

The kitchen lacks some useful items- the bunk beds in 3rd bedroom are not sturdy enough & don’t have a tv- no decent space in guest king bathroom for toiletries - no extra blankets or quilts for anyone that is cold natured

Regarding your note about the kitchen, we’d love to know which specific items you found missing or would have been helpful—we’ve not had this comment before, so your input would help us identify anything we may have overlooked and ensure future guests have everything they need. Just to clarify a couple of things you mentioned: The bunk room does have a TV—it’s inside the armoire cabinet. You just need to open the doors to access it. I wish you had reached out during your stay—I would have been happy to point you in the right direction! The master bathroom is equipped with two sinks and cabinets underneath for added storage space. Extra blankets and quilts are not stocked during the summer months due to the warm weather, but the thermostat is fully adjustable for your comfort. As for the bunk beds, thank you for your feedback. We will take another look and evaluate if any reinforcement or upgrades are needed. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back in the future! Sensational Beach Condo!!!

The cleanest and best smelling condo. Upon entering you can smell the freshness and not the damp smell of most condos. The balconies were so awesome that we spent much of our time out there! We have found our place to stay from now on! Will definitely keep coming The pool and beach were right there just steps away! Andree was a jewel to work with!!

Blue Mountain

We have stayed at this condo but this was by far the best unit. The unit was excellent and the property manager was responsive and ver communicative. I would highly recommend them all.

Great spring break getaway.

Quiet location on Blue Mountain beach. Very nice complex and condo. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Not as crowded at this time of year which was nice. The pool was smaller than anticipated. Not a problem this stay, but during crowded summer months, not sure how well it would support the whole complex.

Great Condo!

I have never experienced such excellent communication from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. The digital guidebook provided information about the condo and the area making it a stress free vacation. The condo is beautiful, well stocked, clean and just a few steps away from the beach. The beach service team was great also! Thank you Andree for being a wonderful host!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

From start to finish, Andree' was a pleasure to work with. Sharing tons of great information about the condo and the area plus easy-to-follow instructions. The unit was spacious and clean and well-stocked for our large group. The building itself is tucked away with private beach access and the daily beach set-up of chairs and umbrella was wonderful...they even arranged a beach bonfire our last night. A highlight of the trip! We can't wait to come back next summer and have already booked our week!

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!
