If you're looking for direct access to your private beach in a gulf front complex, this is the property for you! This complex is definitely a well-kept secret and one you will enjoy. You will love the generous open floor plan that connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas and allows natural light to fill this space. Enjoy your morning coffee, a delicious meal or drinks with friends on this oversized 400sq.ft. balcony along with another balcony off of the master bedroom. This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and offers a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway for your group. In the primary suite, a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a shower and separate soaking tub await. Guests can choose from two additional guest rooms, each offering the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The second bedroom offers king bedding and a private en suite bathroom—with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers a bunk area featuring a full bed over a queen along with a twin bed. The hall bath has a shower/tub combo.
Nestled between private homes, this condo offers a secluded and hidden jewel along the coast of 30A. Located on the east side of the building, it provides a charming view of the wonderful homes that make up 30A.
Ready for the beach? Simply open your door to a beautiful atrium, take the elevator to the first floor, and step through the glass door to paradise. You'll find a pool, hot tub, and the emerald waters with sugar-white sand waiting for you. Talk about convenience!
Guests can also enjoy the gulf-front pool and hot tub along with a fitness room, bbq area and underground parking. Excellent dining and shopping is available along 30A and in our unique and quaint coastal communities.. The perfect location for a sand-sational beach vacation.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.
We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!
