This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and offers a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway for your group. In the primary suite, a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a shower and separate soaking tub await. Guests can choose from two additional guest rooms, each offering the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The second bedroom offers king bedding and a private en suite bathroom—with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers a bunk area featuring a full bed over a queen along with a twin bed. After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo.. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.
