Residence: We favour tranquillity in an unspoilt nature under more than 300 secular pine trees. The campsite is limited only with 155 pitches receiving only Louisiane mobil homes, all equiped with a wooden terrace. We built the site in its natural environment by respecting the beauty, the tranquility of the pine forest and its “little inhabitants”. If you remain discreet, you can watch squirrels jump from branch to branch, wood pigeons drink on the overflowing wall of the pool, hear the cry of the little owls during the night, breaking in a nice way the quiet of the domain. The 155 mobile homes are privately owned and about 60 of them are for rent. Management is exclusive through the campsite to ensure a unique quality of service. From July to August , traffic is strictly prohibited in the alleyways. From September to June , traffic is tolerated only to the mobile home for loading and unloading luggage. Carts are available on 4 points for shopping items or other heavy bags. You will be greeted every Saturday in high season with electric carts to bring your luggage to the mobile home and also upon departure after inventory. There is no animation in the campsite. Only the restaurant will organize theme nights with live music on Thursdays in July and August. Around the campsite you will discover vineyards and typical Mediterranean landscapes. The first village, Castelnau de Guers is located 2km from the campsite. A pedestrian path is provided from the carpark. The road below is quiet and will lead you towards Marseillan-Plage at 17kms, the nearest beach. In the opposite direction you will find the historic town of Pezenas where every Wednesday and Friday in July and August, the open work shops liven up the old town till late in the evening. With more than 300 secular pine trees, la Pinède**** is eager to preserve and fit into its unique exceptional natural heritage. nature lovers will appreciate the harmony with housing and facilities. La Pinède offers you a magnificent development with 155 plots of land provided only for mobile homes. Harmoniously integrated, the mobile homes have a wooden terrace. Your rental also includes a private numbered car park on the edge of the domain. All the residences have TV and 18 TNT channels. La Pinède is fully fenced and has a permanent security guard. In the heart of the domain, the club house welcomes you with its magnificent restaurant and bar. Free wifi access is available on the terrace of the Orangerie restaurant. The aquatic area offers a 240m² swimming pool facing south which perfectly follows the curves of the land. A second one is heated with a SPA and a paddling pool for the greatest comfort of all. Leisure activities: bowling green, table tennis, children's games, football pitch, mini-golf. Services: grocery shop, laundry, wifi internet access.

Outside you will enjoy an uncovered terrace with parasol and garden furniture. One parking space is allocated per mobile home in one of our 3 internal car parks.
