Traditional Cycladic Villa in Aspro Chorio - Paros Island

Pretty traditional Greek house with sea and mountain views. Decorated with care, it will be perfect for 6 people.
The rooms are spread over 3 levels:
. Street level: living room with sofa, TV, and wifi and fully equipped American kitchen: oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blinder, sodastream, electric juicer, mixer, and all the daily crockery for 6 people.
. 1st floor: Master bedroom with double bed 160x200 and double wardrobe. This bedroom has a terrace with sea view as well as a bathroom with bath-shower and toilet.
Garden level: 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90x100. The Blue room is equipped with a double wardrobe, the Orange room with a dresser. These 2 bedrooms have 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
Three terraces: a patio terrace (living room level) located at the front of the house, a terrace accessible from the master bedroom with sea views and a very large rear terrace, pool level, with views of the garden and the mountain. This terrace is equipped with a large parasol, garden furniture, a dining area for 6 people and a barbecue (charcoal). You can install the deckchairs (2) at your disposal.
Below this terrace, you will find a summer kitchen with all the necessary crockery for 6 people, a fridge and a hob.
Air conditioning in all rooms, only the Orange room is equipped with a fan.
Linen provided: sheets, towels (small and large), dish towels, placemats.
The swimming pool is COMMON to the 4 houses of the co-ownership.
Available around the pool: deckchairs and mattresses, sun loungers and shower.
Books, CDs and beach toys are available to our tenants.
Nathalie and Frédéric will be your contacts on site, reachable by watsapp in case of problems.
The house is located slightly elevated, away from the main road of the island. A bus stop is located at the intersection on the main road (Honda garage).
Lolantonis Beach (the closest) is 2 km away.
The village of Drios with its shops, restaurants and beaches is 10 minutes away.

4 jours sur l'ile de Paros

villa conforme conforme à la description sur l'annonce. Piscine commune à 4 villas très agréable. Villa très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire dans les chambres et dans la cuisine. Proche des plages et des commerces. Le vent nous à empêché de profité pleinement de la terrasse extérieure à l’arrière de la villa mais la petite terrasse à l'entrée etait tres bien abritée.

Lieu au calme entre mer et montagne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa avec comme compagnons des petits chats. Villa confortable, piscine très agréable, propreté impeccable, seul bémol les escaliers. Cuisine d été et terrasse côté piscine très agréable quand il n y a pas de vent. Bonne adresse👍

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Il faut simplement faire attention aux escaliers, en particulier avec de jeunes enfants.

Séjour en compagnie de chats.

Maison sur 3 niveaux d'une belle surface. La petite terrasse devant la maison est pratique car au même niveau que la cuisine. Nous n'avons pas réussi à nous connecter à la wifi.
