Ride the elevator up to watch the waves crash from this 3 bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo. This fully updated condo in a PRIME Emerald Isle location offers large flat screened TV's in every bedroom and Livingroom. , with built in gaming port in 3rd bedroom. You can see the waves from the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite (with king-size bed,) Dining Table, Kitchen and 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spacious closets. Kitchen has new granite countertops and cabinets. Condo comes with access to two swimming pools (between Memorial Day and Labor Day,) two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bars, grocery store and walking/bike path. Location, location, location! Unit also includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. Community is gated with key card access and front door access is via a smart lock with a unique code for east guest’s stay. Front door also includes a Ring doorbell with outside camera in case of an accidental lockout.

The view was great, easy access to the beach. Quiet, plenty of parking, easy check out. Did not do any cooking but had plenty of everything.

The condo was fantastic, it was fully equipped with kitchen items and all of the linens you may need. The views were spectacular from sunrises to sunsets. The ease of checking in and checking out was seamless. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. This condo is a keeper and will definitely be used by us again.

We enjoyed our stay. Some areas need some cosmetic uplift ( ie: first bathroom). A big help for people that are not from the area would be a binder with information on how to operate the tv & info on local restaurants. Other than that, it was lovely.

Enjoyed a few days tween Xmas and New Years at this very clean, updated property. Host Craig provided excellent and clear communication. Checkin and out super easy. Would definitely repeat staying here.

Our stay was great! Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and just like the pictures. The owner is very helpful. He texted me in the morning before we checked in with instructions, directions, and codes for the unit. All were very clear and helpful. He even suggested some local restaurants. We didn't have a reason to contact the owner but it was nice knowing he was available. Hope to be back soon.

Clean and comfortable

Great stay! Condo was clean, beds and all furniture was comfortable. Pool area was clean and beach was wonderful. The check in process was easy. Very close to grocery stores which was also a plus.

Condo at Emerald Island

Great views in an end unit, with lots of windows and close to the beach. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and open family room, dining room, and kitchen. Pool on site was also a plus and used it daily after a hot day on the beach.

Wonderful getaway

Beach was beautiful, and the place was very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The week we were there, it rained. On checkout day it was sunny, and the owner allowed us a late checkout. I would recommend this place,
