Cozy two bedroom duplex on a very quiet road. A five minute walk to the beach access as well as the marina to launch your boat. This house is on a dead-end where you can walk to a new playground that overlooks the ICW. It is fully furnished 2 miles from the grocery stores/restaurants and easy access to the Emerald Isle bridge. The kitchen is equipped for in-home cooking as well as a grill to use on the deck out front. Washer and dryer are also within the unit to use and linens and towels will be provided.

Attractions:
• Public beach access- 0.3 mi. Take Pinta Dr. across Emerald Dr. then two blocks up (no parking at this access)
• Emerald Isle Boat ramp- 0.4 mi. Make left on Emerald Isle Dr. from Pinta Dr., turn left on Scotch Bonnet Dr. (Great long dock you can fish off at the end or relax on the benches and watch the ICW)
• Senator Jean Preston Memorial Park- 0.1 mi. Make a right out of the driveway and walk to the end of the street.
• Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier- 1.8 mi.
• Salty Pirate Water Park- 2.8 mi.
• Emerald Forest Mini-Golf- 2.5 mi.
• Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium- 12 mi.
• Downtown Swansboro- 8.4 mi.
• Fort Macon State Park- 18 mi.

Great location for Emerald Isle

Perfectly located next to all shops and stores for a wonderful stay in Emerald Isle! The beach is a short 7ish minute walk from the house. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of space for a family of 4. Highly recommended!!

Nice place.

Home was clean and had plenty of towels. Good location and was peaceful. Very nice kiddie park and a boat launch area and fishing dock very short walk from home. My husband and myself would definitely stay again if available the next time we come down. Also had very pleasant neighbors.

Nice location

Very nice great location and clean, however the bed was not pleasant in the right bedroom and we took turns sleeping on the couch. If this can be addressed it would have a 5/5 rating in my book.

Lovely Stay

I very much enjoyed staying at Sea-renity for my vacation. I had family down the road, and it was easy to get to them (and the beach) from this location. The place was clean, smelled like a nice hotel, with a nice kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a decent-sized bathroom--plenty for one person or a small family. The owner was very helpful and responded swiftly to inquiries. The bed was comfy, and to my delight, there were lamps and nightstands (as someone who needs their glasses to see anything, having a place to put them next to the bed is a big deal). Oh, and it was quiet--I slept like a baby. I'd definitely rebook.

Perfect Rental for the Beach!

The property was prefect for what we needed! The host covers a lot of the basics for you. There was plenty of TP, Paper towels, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, oils, etc. There was also plenty of soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner as well. It was a super nice touch! (Not sure if this is standard or not, but we enjoyed it!) The towels and sheets are excellent quality and there were plenty of towels and I believe some beach towel (but we brought our own). The walk to the beach was pretty much a straight shot and took about 6-10 minutes depending on quickly you walk. The AC and the fans work very well in the rental and kept us nice and cool the whole time. Everything was spotless and well organized as well. The host was very prompt responding and you can tell they put a lot of love into this rental. We will 100% rent again when we find ourselves in Emerald Isle. We spent all day on the beach and this was the perfect place to come back to. We didn't make it to the boat ramp but hear that is super close as well. Easily can fit 4 if not 5 adults in this space. The only downside was no dish washer but who really cooks at the beach anyway?! Go out and eat at all the amazing food spots around! On a side note- Make sure to check out Sheppard's BBQ. IT WAS AMAZING! 10/10 Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay on the island! The home has everything you need for your vacation including beach items such as chairs, tents and toys. The owners were great, they checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Just a heads up if you have an upcoming stay there is a bit of construction going on next door which did wakes us up some days. Be sure to check out the blue binder in the house which has a bunch of brochures for places to visit and menus for the local restaurants.

Peaceful

This place was very nice and convenient! Everything we needed was here. The beds could be more comfier but it wasn’t an issue at all. The location was perfect since it was in an end area and near a park that my kid loved! Highly recommend it!
