Just under 15 minutes away, you'll find Shanty Creek and Torch Lake boat launch, while Traverse City and Petoskey are less than an hour's drive. Ample parking is available for your boats, vehicles, snowmobile trailers, and RVs, with the option for an RV electric hook-up (additional fee applies, please inquire).
Rest easy knowing our well-maintained driveway accommodates a 26ft boat without a hitch. This property is truly versatile for every season—whether you're into snowmobiling, skiing, and snowboarding in winter, exploring Torch Lake or golfing at Shanty Creek in summer, dirt biking in spring, or deer hunting in fall. Come enjoy our private 3 hole disc golf course and miles of hiking and biking trails. Your perfect escape awaits, no matter the time of year.

our stay

the home was very clean,but the owner had absolutely no communication with us,instructions for the t.v. the heating and cooling would be very helpful.a small stackable washer and dryer would be very useful in a long stay.no matches,lighter or wood for firepit next to the beautiful gazebo.nothing to use to clean up outside after our dog.we messaged the owner to inform her we were leaving earlier than planned,after two attempts still no response from her.we absolutely loved the area and closeness to Alden and Bellaire.beautiful very secluded property.but should have communication with your guest.

Convenient and Serene Location

Clean and thoughtfully furnished cabin in the woods. We loved the close proximity to the Chain of Lakes public boat launches and the bonfires at night. We had a some rain, but the large dining table made for a great spot for playing cards and laughing together. Really secluded setting - very, very quiet, which made for a perfect get away from the city.

Hidden Gem

This place was an amazing find! We were close to so many activities, but we still felt tucked away with lots of privacy. The cabin is so cozy. My children, especially, loved it!
