This classic beach cottage is sure to be a repeat family destination for years to come.

Casa Turquesa features upgraded furniture, bedding and amenities throughout the home. The exterior features a long, wrapping porch perfect for morning coffee or happy-hour cocktail, spacious outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt, and outdoor fire-pit for evening enjoyment.

Folly Beach downtown area is just a short ride away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home, for 6 guests.

Casa Turquesa has all modern amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, fenced-in yard perfect for furry friends, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Up to 2 dogs allowed w/additional fee of $125 + tax per pet. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
