Once again we are sincerely sorry for what happened to you. But as this has already been explained in a private message, this is neither our responsibility nor linked to a question of security of the Residence. In fact, it has been in operation for almost 10 years and we have never had to report an incident linked to a lack of security, as our comments/opinions prove. Then, even if I understand your annoyance, I would like to remind you of the facts of the situation, denying your attestations of our responsibility: -First, workers circulated for a day in the residence as part of work carried out in the property located upstairs. But as this was reported to you and obviously verified at no time did they have access to your property, no work was planned, so they did not have the keys to it. -Secondly, the only people with a set of keys were you and the technical manager of the residence, who has been managing it for more than ten years and never has a theft occurred. So we can 100% attest that he did nothing. So, no one except you was able to access the apartment. -Third, no signs of forced entry were noted on any opening, proving that no one forced entry. So once again having been the only one to have the key to your property unless you forgot to lock it, no one was able to get a foot in it. -Fourth, notify you in your comment that the watch was stolen from you during an evening outing while you were having dinner. to my colleague when you reported to him you notified us we came back from the beach to shower/change, the watch was lying on the kitchen counter then we left and we realized only later that it was not no longer there. So to conclude, although once again I am sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. We cannot be held responsible in any way. Your watch has either been forgotten in a place, or you have left the item open and therefore fully accessible, which therefore does not imply a security problem in our residence.
