Osprey Landing - Hot Tub, Private Home, Two Decks, Dock, Kayaks, and Fire Pit

Oh, the views! The privacy! The water! Take off your shoes, sit back and relax at this comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath vacation home. Waterfront, hot tub, dock with screened porch, kayaks, fire pit, two levels of spacious deck, two great rooms – it’s all waiting for you. Join me for a tour.

The main floor boasts a great room with a propane fireplace, plenty of seating, TV and DVD, and walk-out to the upper deck. The vaulted ceiling and cathedral windows offer an expansive waterfront view.

Two bedrooms, each with a private bath, provide comfort and privacy. The master has a king bed and a soaker tub. The other main floor bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining private bath with shower.

You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen and dining area which has plenty of seating for your group. Plus there’s a grill on the deck and more seating for deck dining with glorious water views.

Did I forget to mention the hot tub? This hot tub will be the center of your activities when you’re not in the water…or at the fire pit…or playing games…or eating.

One of the most frequently asked questions is, “Do you have internet?” Yes, we do, and it’s one of the fastest on the lake – Comcast. Sure, you’re here to vacation, but if you have to connect for a meeting or big project, this internet will support you.

If you’re compelled to wash laundry on vacation, we’ve got you covered with a washer/dryer.

The lower level offers a second great room with a TV and DVD, full sleeper sofa, shuffleboard, and an air hockey table. The kids, big and small, will have hours of fun playing an assortment of board games and competing on the Wii – bring your games or enjoy the assorted ones at Osprey Landing.

You can walk out onto the lower deck from either side of the great room or from the bedroom, and relax on the hammock. This lower deck offers the same waterfront views as up top and gives you a bit of privacy, away from the rest of the family and friends.

You’ll discover the cutest custom twin beds, shaped like row boats that accommodate four people when you pull out the trundles. This room has direct access to the bath that can also be entered from the great room.

The waterfront provides a cozy fire pit at water’s edge with plenty of seating. The dock offers a screened in area for dining. This expansive dock has plenty of room to stretch out in the sun. After you've had your fill of relaxing, explore the lake in the four kayaks, one of which is a two-person.

Although the lifts are not available for your use, there’s room to tie up your boat at the dock and park your jet ski on the floating dock. The owner's boat is on the lift and is off-limits to Guests. We kindly request that no one touches or interacts with it in any way. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

The water provides a quiet vista across this branch of Lake Anna. The depth varies and is typically 2.5-3.5’ off the dock. Deeper water is less than 100 yards from the dock.

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, inside the home or in the yard, including the waterfront and dock.

If the state or county raises the tax rate and VRBO does not collect the appropriate tax for the duration of the Guest's booking, Guest will be responsible for the additional taxes.
