ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE: May 29, 2026
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building are currently in progress. Work for this unit and its stack has been completed; however, neighboring units are still undergoing repairs. Please be advised that intermittent construction noise may still occur during work hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and occasional activity may be visible or heard from nearby units. The overall building project is currently scheduled for completion sometime in 2027, though timelines are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.

- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergency.

Great spot, great location. Laundry across the hall. Air conditioning system was sufficient in keeping the room cold. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely return!

Great location.Perfect view of the harbor and sunset on the balcony.Very accessible to beach, shops, Ala Moana attractions.Check in was easy and loved that there was plenty of parking in the back 1/hr.Kitchen had everything we needed and loved the set up of condo. I really enjoyed the nice finishes that this studio had. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the floors, doors, glass, just everything, the Laini very nice with a lovely view. Very comfortable bed with nice 100% cottonsheets. This is the only place that had cotton sheets and since it was so clean I just felt very comfortable with my stay.

Condo was pretty nice, close to the beach. Bed wasnt comfortable but thats just preference. The kitchen was nice and all of the amenities advertised were nice and worked well. We would stay here again.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed this property! The view is amazing and it was close to everything we needed. The amenities that come along with this stay are perfect, pool, restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shop were all great! The hosts were great with communication before and during! Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Perfect!

Our stay at Ilikai was amazing! The condo had all the amenities of home but with spectacular sunset and ocean views. The king size bed was very comfortable too! Super convenient location able to walk everywhere. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

Best little spot!

This place was sooooo easy to check into. It was great. From here you are close to everything Waikiki and Ala Moana shopping area/ beach, all walking distance. We here for family so we needed to be able to drive around easily . This spot made it easy to get in and out of downtown.

Great location

This was our second time staying at Ilikai. We like the location it's very central in Waikiki without being too busy. The condo itself was nicely updated. They did have two beach chairs and an umbrella, though one of the chairs was broken which I reported to the owners. Other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Convention Trip

I was in town for meetings at the convention center. It was a reasonable walk from this location. The views were amazing! I enjoyed watching the surfers and boats from the balcony during my free time. Having a kitchen was very convenient. It had everything that I needed.

Love the Ilikai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay at the Ilikai. This condo is updated, clean and has a fabulous view. Close to the elevator. I hope to stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is not a 1 bedroom, it is a studio. It is very nice with a great view and big enough for 2 people.

We have in the property description that this is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room. Nice room

One of the better rooms we have stayed at in the Ilikai. Amazing view, clean, dishwasher, close to elevator. This room is right next to the stairs so there was some noise from doors slamming but nothing terrible. Use the a/c and fan for some white noise. I'd stay here again!
