ILIKAI NOTICE — October 25, 2025
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 2) will be restricted from approximately March 2026, to April 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

The Ilikai Hotel located at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd, 19th Floor.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

I really enjoyed the nice finishes that this studio had. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the floors, doors, glass, just everything, the Laini very nice with a lovely view. Very comfortable bed with nice 100% cottonsheets. This is the only place that had cotton sheets and since it was so clean I just felt very comfortable with my stay.

Great location.Perfect view of the harbor and sunset on the balcony.Very accessible to beach, shops, Ala Moana attractions.Check in was easy and loved that there was plenty of parking in the back 1/hr.Kitchen had everything we needed and loved the set up of condo. The Holel/Condo was busy with guests from all over. We selected this VRBO due its location at the begining of WAIKIKI. We were not going to the because wwanted convenience.to Pearl Harbor, restaurants and highways DIAMOND Head and goingbto the Polynesian Center on the North Shore. Waikiki Vacation

Condo was pretty nice, close to the beach. Bed wasnt comfortable but thats just preference. The kitchen was nice and all of the amenities advertised were nice and worked well. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of the harbor is beautiful, the kitchen cabinets and appliances have been updated, which was really nice. There is plenty of storage space, but the closet doors need to be replaced, and the unit could use a coat of paint, however this did not impact our stay or comfort. One side note, if you are like us and like to watch TV lying in bed, the couch is a bit in the way. We would have liked the TV hung a bit higher, but this is not the same for everyone.

Nice resort but getting dated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice resort with very good sized rooms. Full kitchens are nice to have. Our room had an amazing view of the harbor. Bathroom sink was clogged but management company took care of it right away. TV didn’t really work well, great WiFi though, room was decently clean but could have been cleaner. Bathroom sink had a broken faucet knob and corners of rug were held down by masking tape (weird). Front door only locked with one simple bottom latch. Not very secure. Each room is very different because they’re privately owned. We had 3 rooms in our group. Ours was the nicest by far. Restaurants and shops are very limited and not very good. Pool was very basic. No poolside service. Resort and rooms need updating but we would still try this place again since rooms vary so much. Price was fair because rooms offer kitchens and some have great views.

Vacationing in Hawaii

The Condo was very clean.Our stay was out standing, Our view was every bit of breathtaking . Our bed was very very comfortable. Us having a kitchenette which was a must, it stocked with everything we needed 👎The front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. The TV need to be updated. When extending our stay there was a lack of communication

Great Location and Nice Condo

We stayed in this unit for one week. IT was very nice. It was clean and the checkin process was easy. If you are traveling to the island if you get there early you will not be able to check in but you can check your bags for $2 per bag at the bell desk. The view from the balcony was great overlooking the marina. AlaMoana Park is nearby and everything is a not to long of a walk away. We had no issues with the elevators as has been mentioned in other reviews. Overall it was a great stay. If there was one thing they could add it would be 2 beach chairs and maybe a small cooler for when you go to the beach.

Best little spot!

This place was sooooo easy to check into. It was great. From here you are close to everything Waikiki and Ala Moana shopping area/ beach, all walking distance. We here for family so we needed to be able to drive around easily . This spot made it easy to get in and out of downtown.

Perfect!

Our stay at Ilikai was amazing! The condo had all the amenities of home but with spectacular sunset and ocean views. The king size bed was very comfortable too! Super convenient location able to walk everywhere. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

Room is open , clean and spacious for 3 with all amenities needed for our stay. The room overall is great. Elevator is very old and squeaky and is usually a long wait. Pool is basic with 90% senior citizens. We stayed with our 10 yr old son so he couldn’t really have fun in the pool without someone telling him he couldn’t do this or that. Because of that we only used the pool once and just opted for the beaches and lagoons off site.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing but the condo itself was very run down for paying the premium we did ($800us a night)The elevators sometimes took a very long time as there were so many ppl getting on and off on different floors. Sometimes you had to wait for one of two elevators later. The pool was very basic and had no view. Would not recommend this condo or complex.
